$5 for a frozen Root Bear and they don't even fill a medium cup. Over priced.

I've been to this A&W a handful of times, and I've been receiving good service consistently. Very happy with the good service and well-mannered staff.
The staff upfront are always quick to pop out a joke while you wait for the food and the food is always fresh and juicy

Normally I love this location for their fresh chicken burgers. But I made the mistake of ordering breakfast today. Not only did they forget my hashbrown that I definitely paid for- my eggs smell terrible and the bottom of them is overed in a balck/green grease. I cant eat any of this. The smell alone is making my stomach upset.
First off the guy running till was either in a very bad mood or he's just rude. Over heard another table saying the same. They messed up the food. Plus it was old. The buns old and meat felt crunchy on edges. None of us could finish the burgers as all we could taste was salt. Not buying again

Wow the worst service and the most outta the way place possible never goin here again ... Further note it is a great stop for LRT patrons because it's right there beside the downtown terminal
