5 stars awarded to the late evening drive through guy! The wait was a little long, but the quality was wonderful, so it was worth it! Visited this location twice because of the cool dude working. Late meals are tough, but the good service and fresh quality made for a great experience!!
Ordered 50 dollars of food. A & W never confirmed but cancelled my order. No explanation or apology offered
Customer service was top notch considering it was lunch time! Brandyn (I think that was the name of the fella doing my drive-thru order) was so friendly, excellent customer service skills :) Thanks for a great lunch & great service!

I’m disappointed to say the service was very unfriendly. The cashier seemed very disinterested in helping us. No smile or thank you. Just dropped my change into my hand and walked away. The only redeeming thing was that the order was correct.
Was only 1 other table of people upon artival. Was discussing with my child what was wanted and the staff placed the order before final decisions was made. Both burgers were good, had 2 orders of onion rings. 1 was cooked more than the other. Both orders didn't taste as good as they have in the past but weren't terrible.
Love this location! The employees are always so quick and cheerful! The food is even better. We have what you would call a “picky order” and they get it right every time.
If you want to be treated with discrimination and racism, cone to this A&W! After using their washroom first WITHOUT A MASK, I proceeded to the till to order. They handed me a mask and told me to put it on. This is after mandates have now been dropped! I called the manager and he told me it is protocol for ALL A&W locations to force people to wear masks. Well I hope it was worth it because I have more reviews to make about A&W including on my Facebook page consisting of over 3000 friends who mostly oppose wearing masks. I also seen that they do not serve people in Ottawa such as the truck drivers in the convoy. I'm done with you A&W! Very sad as my dad who has passed away now loved A&W. There are plenty of good hamburger joints such as Wendy's, McDonalds, Buger King and Arby's who are not racist and discriminatory. Meanwhile, there were people sitting at tables with no masks on at this A&W because after all...Covid won't attack you at your table with no mask...just at the till when ordering ? ?! What a joke!
We went to the drive through and must have arrived shortly after opening. I can only assume that is the reason the car in front of us took more than enough time to order. They finally proceeded. We were made to wait as well. A shorter time. As we pulled closer to the window we could see that car again. It took forever for them to get their order. We again were made to wait as well. That was not too long of a wait. In the end our breakfast was definitely not enjoyable in either warmth or taste.
Disappointing. My buddy has ALL his shots and can prove it but for his own circumstances he is unable to get a QR code. The manager was belligerent and would not hear any of it. Very disappointing. This ended a 20 year relationship.
