EDIT - the owners called and were great to deal with and have absolutely made it right. Excellent to see and will order pizza there again.We ordered hot wings with ranch dip and the wings came with ranch on them! Gross!The Garlic fingers had the hole cut for the dip but no dip was sent, pizza delivery was over 70 minutes, 20 minutes late.They asked us to not eat anything and they would come back and get it and remake order. Seems waiting another 70 minutes is a little much to ask… opinions?Brutal experience.
Ordered Pizza last night, Ham and Pineapple with Mushroom which was virtually flavorless the Pepperoni and Ham tasted reasonable at best. Crust isn't the greatest but not the worst in Red Deer. Unfortunately the Extra Large Pizza gets cut into little unmanageable squares. Strongly recommend you request your Pizza to be cut the traditional way for a slightly better experience. Honestly, it was not worth the 50 bucks and will not be returning our business to Family Pizza. 'E' for Effort! The Staff was not interested in any feedback at all. Enjoy!
My only regret is not living in Red Deer. Their pizza is delicious and a very good price as it's 2 for 1. My wife is celiac so we ordered the cauliflower crust for all of them and I literally couldn't believe how good it was... I actually asked the guy just to be sure it wasn't the regular crust. Nope it was cauliflower crust. Also the service was outstanding my three year old daughter said thank you I love you! She's pretty picky and she said this was her favourite pizza she's ever had.
Only tried one kind but it was quite good. The taste is a bit different from other pizza places but their ingredients tasted like they were of good quality. I'll try others too and update the review and rating.
First time trying this place out. My husband and I were looking for a place with good pastas but sadly this is not the place. I ordered the blackened chicken alfredo pasta with mushrooms and it was super salty. If it wasn't so salty I would definitely say it was good. My husband ordered the lasagna and he said it was average. Also, the portion size is quite small compared to other places. The garlic bread was mush. The buffalo wings were good.Disappointed but I would definitely give them another try so we can see how their pizzas are. Will definitely update my review when we try out the pizza!

Stopped in yesterday for some pickup and my goodness, it was fantastic! The pizza sauce is the best dip for breadsticks, the pizzas were tasty and a very good value. We live in Calgary but it is definitely worth the drive to Red Deer ?
I ate here for the first time today.Had the cauliflower crust pizza because i am celiac.Best pizza i've had in a very long time.Excellent service and product.I HIGHLY recommend family pizza!!!!!
Awesome service and even my fussy grandkids loved the pizzas.
The meat tastes awful. Lots of volume.
