We went to this place last night as usually me and the wife can only eat Italian food when in Calgary and were hopefully we had found something local. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed in the food. Her fettuccine Alfredo tasted like water and I’m uncertain how the chicken was cooked but due to the water taste felt like it was boiled (could be wrong). My Capellini vongole tasted like I was eating handfuls of chili flakes and nothing else. I don’t mind spice but was very disappointed that I could taste nothing else. We did have the calamari which was okay. My wife found the bruschetta okay unfortunately this dish was lost on me due to being doused in what I can only describe as some sort of balsamic sweet sauce. what gives this place an extra star was the service. It was great! This could of been potentially an off night for the chef.
Everytime we come here we have great conversation with the owner and staff! It is a great place to try some Italian, we enjoy it tremendously.

The owner is amazing!! I ordered supper by phone and I was early. I was waiting till 4:30 for them to open and he came out and chatted with me for a bit. He went back inside and actually brought my meal to my car and the debit machine to pay! I told him I was going to come in and that he didn’t have to bring it out to my car but he said its no bother at all!! Talk about service!!
Great food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good wine. We will be back.

This was a very friendly experience. My only complaint is my mussels were way over cooked, shrivelled, dry and rubbery. For the price they should have been good. Chefs needs to go the east coast and learn how to cook them.
