Ordered one veggie burger and waffle fries. Took 23 minutes when there were only 3-4 people ahead of me. Veggie burger was good and interesting - clearly homemade. Waffle fries were ok but Carls Jr’s are better.
Very expensive, mediocre food, and the wait is very very long. The milkshakes were the only thing that were good unfortunately, but not worth the price tag.
I must have ordered the wrong thing, the chili Chips is not chili its more like a super sweet sloppy Joe mix and not very good.The mushroom sauce is not great but ok, disappointed they use canned mushrooms. The meat patty was good..My wife asked if the mushroom sauce had dairy in it, was told "it has butter or margarine in it, is that dairy? It has never bothered anyone else."There was no way that sauce was homemade.Didn't try the shakes or other drinks.Won't be trying it again.. do not recommend.
Do you like unique do you like lotsa!! Do you like local family run reasonable prices !? Then you have to check out tinos !! Umpteen flavors of shakes milkshakes and ice cream treats and massive burgers I ordered the king burger and I'm a major hogger and I could barely finish it !! Same money as the big guys but way better
I am from the Hat,grew up enjoying this food,I visit this place everytime I am back in town. Cannot get this great tasting food anywhere else in the World. Just Awesome!
Customer service was good, food was good as well. Chicken burger and the loaded burger were juicy and delicious! Chicken burger lacked a bit of condiments. Onion rings were fresh and crispy! Overall a very pleasant experience for a small independent foodservice!
When rolling through Medicine Hat you have to stop by Tino's if you love handmade burgers! They take a little time to prepare, but quality usually does. Grab a shake too, soooo many flavors to choose from! They have been around for over 50 years, and there's a reason for that.
I've been hearing all good stuffs about Tino's after few months since I moved here in Medicine Hat. And finally for the first time I've tried their foods and milkshakes! Oh my ggggggg!!! Sooo goood!!! Plus the cashier or staff who helped me was approachable and smiling at me while taking my orders so they deserved a good tips.I only gave 4 because of the waiting time. But understandable because I heard that this place is always busy.
