Friendly staff and very busy ...but they are very efficient!! Great job guys??
if you want your order correct, go to literally any other tim hortons in this city. this one messes up my order almost EVERY day. and they’re NEVER nice about it.
They get one star because the lights were on I wish I could shut down all my equipment with an hour left of work and do the bare minimum
Eggs taste funny. Coffee isn't that good compared to McDonald's. Donuts good.
Crescent Heights location Med. Hat.Was very busy, over 10 min wait in drive thru.in the evening. Very understaffed but those kids were working hard and still polite?Great Job.

This one is in North Medicine Hat...really good place..very clean and staff sanitize on regular basis....good place to go.
I am just wondering, how can a franchise business like Tim Horton's be so busy, when they can NEVER get an order right.It has been awhile since I stopped at at Tim's, tonight I stopped and actually went in the building. Not busy, I ordered 2 donuts, a glazed raised doughnut and a chocolate glazed. Specific about what I want to the server Morgan, BOTH were WRONG. I checked my order in the car, at that point,, you become so frustrated, what's the point.Why are the employees not trained sufficiently. If you are working in any food service establishment, you should know every product item on your menu.Shame on management for not training their employees. And the employees for not taking pride in their service.That will be the last time I spend any money at any Tim's.You should be ashamed of yourselves.I had to put one star otherwise, it wouldn't allow me to post.
Check your order !Good drinks if you get the correct one ,its a gamble
