Morning time, lightning fast, after 10pm, drive threw is a NIGHTMARE!...Could be 10-15 minute wait in the drive threw.
Am a regular customer, Mostly good service however one staff members consistently shows that he is incapable of operating the toaster, ice Capp machine, and the cream cheese spreader. Very poor quality when he is on. For example morning of July 9, 2021 opening shift once again proved that he is incapable of working the toaster.
Fast service order was right
There is one employee that really enjoys his job. I'm unsure of his name, but he has excellent customer service skills and his radio voice is most enjoyable over the speaker.This gentleman is making the most of his job, and it shows. Good customer service from the order taker.
Ate lunches at Tim Hortons. Just love there soup and donuts. I always have there french vanilla coffee with triple cream and my husband likes there coffee. Staff are always pleasant and helpful and with the amount of people visiting them you know they are very popular and the food good.
Staff is always friendly and service is quick
You get what you expect, but nothing more. Rushed through as fast as possible and staff get irked if you take a moment longer of their time.
Did not have many things displayed on the menu. But very lovely staff and an attempt to create space for social distancing! :)
Service at all tims is very slow needs to pickyp more or less customers will come some are walking out without ordering anything
Tim Hortons is always a great place for a coffee and perhaps a a sandwich or a sweet treat. Coffee is great. Great place for an afternoon coffee with the live of my life or yours.
