July 12 609am...Airhead at till...had to explain 3 times what i wanted with timmys coupon...the total price went up and down 3 times until she got it right. Grumbly person indeed she was..

I ordered through the app. Everything was good except my dark roast coffee. It has a hair and we asked for 1 milk and we got 2 cream instead.

They always fill the coffee either too full or not full enough. I ordered a black coffee and it was so full it was leaking out the sides. When I went to open the lid to dump some I burnt my hands and dropped itSuch an easy job and yet they can’t master it.

If there was a option for no stars I would choose that. In the times that I have gone there in hopes of a better experience I have been highly disappointed. I have had my order messed up ( example my coffee and cream I got a black coffee. Another example peppermint tea and honey I got a orange pekoe tea and honey.) My food has been cold ( example my soup felt like it’s been in the fridge when it was “ freshly made”). The staff has been extremely rude.

Service is better than the majority of the Tim Hortons. Very friendly staff.

I went to get some food with my friends and we wanted three separate orders and she asked for a chicken wrap and the worker said “no! I guess that makes only two orders then hey!” we did not know that they stopped serving chicken at 10 saying that is completely understandable yelling no at us for asking a question is rude. I think that is extremely rude and unprofessional then proceeded to speak to us like we were an inconvenience as if we are not the reason why he gets paid. give me a break and treat people with respect if you want to be treated with respect back.

When I come to town this is a place I go for my coffee and quick breakfast which is usually the farmers sausage it's good and the service is very patient and understanding I'm pretty certain all of them know me by my mistakes by now which I'm very sorry to all of them and thankful that they are so patient in kind thank you very much

I went to Tim Hortons today at about 11:30 ish. I was treated very rudely by their drive-through. I made two separate orders the first one having a bonus offer of two smalls for one price. We did not get it we were overcharged for that one. Then I’ve proceeded to do my second order to use points on a separate card, this time which was supposed to be free. However rather than doing any of this we were overcharged for the first and the second they did charge me for. And they proceeded to argue that there was nothing they could do so, I left without a drink and my daughter left overcharged. I called the store afterwords to talk to the supervisor. But the supervisor only left me with excuses on how they couldn’t rectify the situation. So now I am without a drink my daughter is a few dollars less. Most of this could’ve been dealt with. And my experience did not have to be so rudely given to me. I would like to add to my daughter has to have oat milk and we clearly stated to have oat milk cause she’s allergic to dairy. However, they did not do this she almost had a sip but decided to let me have a step instead. And I found out it was regular milk in there she could’ve had anaphylactic shock. I notified them of this but all they could do was apologize that she got the wrong drink. Very disappointed in my service today they are usually 100% better but, the people they had at the window at this time where a complete disgrace to the Tim Hortons name!!!

There was blood. On the doors. Enough that it was hard not to touch it upon entry. Immediately told an employee at the cash register, who took the order but proceeded to not do anything about the blood. Sat there for 20 minutes, no employees moved to clean it. The blood. On the door. Had to leave through a different door.
