Hands down best sushi in Medicine hat! We have been ordering from Sushi Miso for years and have not once had a bad experience with the food OR the service. We love you Sushi Miso!❤

Good sushi ? number one in town the only downsides is that it doesn't have Japanese hot cuisine to complementing the dishes.

The first and best sushi restraunt in Medicine Hat. I've been eating here since it first opened and it has always been consistently exceptional. With large filling portions (no need for skimpy thin cuts like at the "all you can eat restaurants", when the servings here are double the size for a good price and way better quality), large beautiful seafood (real crab meat! need I say more?), eye catching presentation, great pickled ginger, and well made rice (very important). I always feel satisfied, full and happy when I've finished eating at Sushi Miso. The best Dynamite Rolls I've ever had are buttery and euphoric, and are a must for every order. If you eat in, the green tea is always hot and flowing.I cannot say enough good things about their food.The only improvements that could be made are the limited hours (opens at 3pm so no lunch, and closed on Mondays), and better ways to order (such as in-store delivery, or Skip the Dishes), because the phone only takes 1 call at a time with no holds so you have to keep on calling if it is busy (Please Take My Money Sushi Miso!!!). However, it is worth the wait. I have traveled to Japan, and this Sushi is the closest I've tasted to the real experience. For Medicine Hat that is amazing, which in my opinion makes this the best food in the city. So please stay open forever! :)P. S. Also the only place to get good Sunimono, every other sushi place in the city either doesn't offer it or it is inedible.
Once you have enjoyed sushi here, it will be hard to go anywhere else.
