Absolutely wonderful! The roasted red pepper soup and beet salad were both delicious as is everything I have ever ordered there. The service is impeccable! The atmosphere is cozy with beautiful live music in the background. It is the perfect place for a romantic night out. The owners are a wonderful family that take the time to speak to their guests. LOVE IT!!!

First time visit. We chose inside for the interesting seating and the matching music. We did have a look at the patio, a great spot. Could use some foliage. Great spot not on the road. We enjoyed iced tea (refills) and water with lime. The Rosewood burger is ridiculously fantastic hand pressed (Douglas meats supplies), and a Greek salad, I couldn't get enough! The other dish was the Roast beef Panni, with the beet salad, it was delicious, it was a little hard to grip, so be ready. Lol. But delicious to the last bite. The menu is large enough that we can go back several times through. And with a bar if you are in mood the drinks menu is a fine choice. Service was great, engaging and an excellent resource, need to make time for a brunch! Highly recommend, so make your way towards the flats and take a break from downtown.
Chose to try the Ukraine Night Feast as a take-out. The staff and owners were so accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing!! Especially enjoyed the Borscht, mushroom crepes and honey cake!! Yum!!! Take-out or dine-in, this place is a jewel for Medicine Hat.

The food was delicious, and a big portion too. the decor was very 60's, even down to the music.
Food is okay. I prefer the menu diversity the Heartwood Cafe offered. Just more into the fresh, wholesome food. Also, sad to see the takeout containers are styrofoam. I wish the containers were more environmentally conscious!
I cannot say enough good things about this little gem of a bistro! The food is carefully crafted and so fresh and delicious! I appreciate so much how the chef comes to your table to ask how everything is, great added touch to the already wonderful experience that this place never fails to deliver! The young, new waitress we had this evening was so attentive and sweet, she did an awesome job! Will definitely come back again and again!
I had read good things about this place and was not disappointed. The atmosphere was lovely and retro. I found myself admiring all the decorations and attention to detail. And the food! The food and service were amazing. Best tomatoe soup I've ever had! I'll definitely be returning.
We ordered catering from Rosewood Bistro for our staff party over the weekend and we were so pleased with the food and service! Sourav delivered our food early and everything was so very delicious. We will definitely be return customers! Thank you so much!
