I ordered a salad and they forgot to add my banana peppers. They sent me a whole new salad with the peppers free of charge and gave me a credit for my next purchase. Very excellent customer service and their food is always amazing. Keep up the great work!!

I drove across Canada in the end of summer and had a FANTASTIC if not THE BEST PIZZA in ALL OF CANADA (PANAGO PIZZA) at this location!Service was great. Kind and Fast! Was just remembering the trip and This PIZZA I tell ya! Its still in my memory. The best tasting pizza vs all the panagos I've had (ontario/bc). Thank you!

The BBQ Chicken Bacon Pizza is awe full. The thin crust is very flimsy and not crispy at all. The Deluxe Hawaiian pizza was ok at best. To call in an order you are directed to a call centre. It took a ridiculous amount of time for the lady to input my name address and phone number, however she was very polite. First time ordering Panago in Medicine Hat and definitely the last for me.
I went in to pick up a delivery order at 933pm on Dec 3 2021. I had my bag on the counter by the window and the employee asked for my order number. As he was walking up, I grabbed my bag to put it on the counter infront of him and he scolded me like I was a child and told me 'leave your bag on the other counter.' A little bit of courtesy goes a long way. Maybe the staff needs a brush up course on manners. He was rude and unprofessional and I don't appreciate being talked to that way.
Hot, not too greasy, ready ahead of time. Staff were polite and wearing masks properly when I arrived to pick up the order.
My pizza I got was good and arrived earlier than anticipated. I’m not sure the drivers name but she was driving a Kia Soul. She was very nice and kind. Would order pizza from here again.
Bbq chicken pizza was very good. Nice crust and lots of toppings and the price was reasonable. I was disappointed with the ceasar salad. It was fresh but it was cut so big that it was hard to eat. There wasn't much parmesan cheese on it and not enough dressing.The staff were friendly and very efficient.
