After all the years of being open, 45-min to an hour for pickup or an hour and a half to 2 hrs for delivery minimum you might want to finally hire more people! Pizza is great when it’s correct but even then it’s still 50/50 depending on how stressed the girlIs answering the phone. Morgan’s could be so much more.

I don't get pizzas that often but when I do I have always gone to Morgan's Pizza for quite a few years and always thought they were the best.A couple of months ago when I ordered a pizza, I always pick up, not delivered..I was very disappointed with it. There was very little cheese on it and over baked. I over looked it knowing that things can't be perfect each time.A week ago, Monday 05/30/22 I called in for another order and should have checked it before paying and leaving. After I got home and opened the box I knew right away that it won't be that good. The crust was totally burned black and the small slices of ham were curled up and also burned, and the pizza itself was very dry.I will take part of the blame because I did call her and tell her I will be a bit later to pick it up and not to keep it in the warming oven because it would be cold by the time I get home anyway, I also mentioned at the time of ordering not to bake it totally thru. Once again it was very disappointing, had one slice and the rest went into the garbage.Maybe it's under new ownership or the staff or girl there at the time don't care, but one thing is sure, I will never go back there again. I can overlook once but not twice and definitely not take a 3rd chance.I'm sure there are other places in Medicine Hat who make great pizzas.
So happy we received a gift card for here, otherwise it wouldn't be on our regular places to eat. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Service is quick and friendly. 10% off orders of $20 for pick up is great. We ordered a 14 inch for the 2 of us and have leftovers for lunch the next day. We had the all meat special which is loaded with meat and very tasty. It is just pick up or delivery so keep that in mind.
Love their pizza. Best crust. Also love that they are helping out their neighbor Candaces bakery. We had the blonde....sooooo good.
They make the best pizza ever plus they are awesome people who know the perfect way to make it so even the crust is delicious.
My hubby went to Morgan's for some pizza dough so we could make our own pizzas. Price was cheaper than the competition and we got more. And it tastes so good! Excellent customer service as well! Thanks guys!

When in Medicine Hat and craving pizza, give Morgan's a call. This is a small business privately owned Take Out pizza place. The customer service on the phone when ordering is top notch and they always let you know what you have ordered before if you ask. They serve pizza with just the right amount sauce and toppings and are a great value compared to those franchise places. Tell them how you want it, and that is how they make it. Lots of cheese, less sauce or whatever and it is done right. Morgan's is a little harder to find as it is off the beaten path but definitely well worth the discovery. In Medicine Hat, no matter where you are Morgan's is a great place to order your pizza......I give it 5 slices out of 5 !!
