Very short staffed the cashier needed more training took way too long for our order
Food was clearly just tossed together, wrap was messy and not made properly. Breakfast sandwich was on a broken up bun, all falling apart. Employee working the drive through was miserable.
This McDonald's is probably the worst one i have ever been to. The employees are always grumpy or not carrying, there machine is always down for debit or credit they always miss food or items in your order and there always short on Patty's. When a few times to be told sorry we dont have any burger meat just chicken. Not to mention they are the most expensive out of the 3 in town. I dont recommend going to then at all
It is your standard McDonald's they all adhere to the same level of quality. I am a truck driver and generally speaking I only four points the McDonald's that have truck parking close by. Whenever I stop for a break I have to take my dog for a walk anyways, so why not go over to the Rotten Ronald and have a coffee? And by the way McDonald's coffee is way better than Tim Hortons
I love how they promote the order ahead thing, then you get there and it is faster to not order ahead. Having to wait for over 10 min. And going in to get my order kinda defeated the purpose. Only to have them say 'oh.... Sorry...'.
Stopped at this location on my way to Calgary. Was a little early for a burger as I was told by the colleague at the drive thru window( 10:55). Dinner starts at 11:00. So I waited in the parking lot and then went in to purchased a cheese burger combo at 11:00 pm sharp. Meal was placed on the counter at 11:04, I paid 10.54 cents and drove off. As I started to eat some fries they were ice cold, and the burger was as stale and cold liked it had been cooked the day before. They should have served this meal at the drive thru window 5 minutes earlier, instead of wasting my time. My rant here today is to follow travellers avoid this location on the trans Canada highway. The food is not worth the wait nor is it fit to eat. To bad McDonalds has left a real bad taste in my mouth. Oh by the way it’s in a garbage bin just along the highway outside Medicine Hat, in case they would like to use the bread again. What a waste of my money!!!
The employees never listen when taking orders. Everytime I’ve ordered a McGriddle they give me an English muffin. And I repeat my order 3 times hoping they don’t mess it up. They always make me pull ahead and wait. I drive to work only to find out my order is wrong. Happens quite often.
I ordered a big Xtra. The lady at the front and the rest of the team did not know what it was. After a brief explanation, they were able to replicate this no-longer advertised menu item. Upon doing so in a friendly and efficient manner, i had the best mcdonalds burger i have had in a very long time. Brought be back to 1999.
Zero stars everytime i come here they forget the most important things. This time they forgot the chicken nuggets for my daughters happy meal. Last time the sauce.time before i got a happy meal box with only a yogurt tube in it nothing else!! How cant you tell just evenby the weight of the box! You guys need to start marking your employees DOUBLE check the recipt before you send orders out. Its not hard! If it happens again im never returning.
