ordered a Quarter pounder blt meal and a regular quarter pounder, got fries and a drink with a regular quarter pounder stuck into a quarter pounder blt box. with no blt. how does that even happen?
Might as well just throw your money out the door, because the food here is not even ripe. I got a cold burger with hard yellow tomatoes. The poutine fries tasted like straight up salt. When I called the manager all I could understand was her apology. Her making it right was hard to decipher...didn't matter because I won't be back. I gave a 1 star because they were fast...to get food that probably sat for a while.
I am extremely disappointed with this place. Every-time I go here I either get the wrong order or it’s cold. The lady at the window was extremely rude to my other half and when he came home with our food it was all cold and there was 0 toppings on the Big Mac.
Good services, 4 stars ⭐️ because the food is really bad for us. But for a coffee is great.
BRUTAL location. Helped 3 people in the drive thru that arrived behind me. I left and went elsewhere. You guys are a JOKE. I literally thought someone was messing with me. You have like 500 cameras attached to a single post looking at people in your drive thru, what for? Lol Worst McDonalds I've ever been to, and that says a lot. I didn't even end up eating here, you literally lost income because you don't know how to take orders properly.
Terrible like usual. I ordered a Egg BLT bagel and got a SLT. I hate mcdonalds sausage patties. They are always screwing up my orders and Im always in too much of a hurry to fix the problem with it. Fast food is never worth it...? angry with them once again. Always check bag before driving away from window. That is my fault.
I really dont appreciate paying for 5 sandwiches and only getting 3. Also paid for sauce… that was not there either. Pretty ridiculous for them to get away with essentially stealing money from people. A couple nights ago they left 1 of 3 sandwiches out as well but i didnt bother doing anything about it. Decided to try and call them tonight and they wont answer the phone
Ordered an egg blt bagel sandwich and got no egg. Then I opened the sausage and egg mcmuffin and got no bottom bun! The the other week i ordered an egg blt bagel and didnt get lettuce or tomato. Quality of service is seriously lacking.
Hot, fresh nuggets, fizzy coke and spicy Buffalo sauce ACTUALLY available at this location! So glad we drove across town for our McDonald's hankering. It was a real treat not to be disappointed. Plus the guys working the drive thru were super nice ?Great job!
The worst Mc Donald's I've ever been too! Hands down the employee who took my order got really mad like heated mad after I asked if they were out of the monopoly drinks and fries as I got an order specifically ordered a meal from the kiosk. Once I realized they didn't have any of the monopoly stuff on them I went back in to ask if they had any more or if there was something I could do because I got the combo for that exact reason, she got really mad and heated to the point where she yelled at me "get out the way so I can help real customers" it was so rude I felt like I had done something so wrong and felt ashamed for asking.... Busy to the point they are rude!
