My iced coffee had a huge chunk of plastic in it! Called to let them know and they didn't believe me.
I wanted to write a review and after reading them I can see everyone that visits this dump feels the same way so ya they messed up multiple thing on my order, took forever and workers were to busy cracking joke with each other then actually working on getting caught up. I would get a gas station burrito before returning.
What comes on a big mac? 2 patties, lettuce, cheese, acouple pickles and of course the mac sauce right? Guess what mine came with? Plain buns and the meat..oh and one slice of cheese....nothing else. Like how is that even possible to put that in a box and think hey that looks good to go? I dont even know what to say.
Super slow and backed up during lunch. Self-serve machine had both the pinpad and printer not working, so had to pay at the front. The guy in front of me just left instead of waiting (after being ignored for almost 10 mins). They seemed far more worried about food couriers than regular customers. Staff was working damn hard though, and seemed super understaffed for the amount of customers. Food was fine.
It's a McDonald's. The staff was quick and friendly. The fries were hot and fresh and the burger was well made.
Got home after drive thru and sons meal was missing,phoned them and told them the problem and asked them to deliver the missing food and was told they could not do that but yet they can deliver with skip and what ever else, asked what is my kid going to eat and she said "your the father you figure it out" and then hung up , I just about lost my sh,, That lady should be unemployed right know...
Worst customer service ever. We are working nights and the three of us are in the same truck. We asked to make three different orders. The girl working said they could only do 2 orders and we had to drive around after paying to do a third. Previous night we had the same issue but he ordered and then backed up to completely the third. Never in my life have a I experienced such an incompetent and arrogant person. It’s almost 12 o’clock at night and there’s no one else in the drive. We have never had this issue at any other locations and even had someone else the first night complete the orders at this location. Whoever the manager is needs to fire this useless woman. I’ve never seen such arrogance.
Once again this location screwed me over for time. Only three of us in line at drive thru and it took over 10 min for me to receive a bagel with cream cheese and a small frappe coffee. I dunno what’s going there but when I worked fast food as a youth we hustled our butts off because orders had to be in drive thru customer’s hand in 56 seconds. End of story. Get better guys.
Speed seems to be the issue every time we attend this location. The food is prepared well but it seems to take twice as long here (everytime we show up at least).
Were gridlocked in the drive thru for 15 minutes before even ordering and it's been another 6 since and still 3 cars before we get to the window.. pretty sad for fast food. Will always choose a different location after todayJust got to the window, poor guys working solo
