I just did the drive thru. I asked for a large bucket of all dark meat chicken. They said it would take some time but I was willing to wait. One of the girls was nice enough to come out to my truck part way through and explain why it was taking so long, and even offered me a beverage. I thought she went the extra mile for her customer service. I wish I had got her name so that I could have mentioned it here so she could be recognized because I think it is taken for granted sometimes.
We were at KFC on Sept 23 ‘21 to pickup an 18 Pce Bucket of Chicken to take to fellow medical colleagues as we’re working across Alberta due to staff shortages! I’ve patronized many KFCs but the Crescent Heights location in Medicine Hat was my 1st time. If we weren’t already needed in another town’s medical centre; I’d’ve returned the entire bucket. Chicken was tasteless, fat too chewy, skin was overly greasy & simply not cooked enough! I called on the 23rd, left a message & 0 response. I called again on Oct 13 ‘21, spoke with Katy who assured me she’d have the Owner/Manager call by the 15th, yet 0 response to date! I recalled today, Oct 22 ‘21 & 0 answer nor ability to leave a message. One month! Unacceptable!Product is unsatisfactory! Plus not contacting Consumers is unprofessional! Poor Business Etiquette!We had also picked up 2 Buckets of Chicken from Popeyes in Southlands, which were delicious 10/10, again 1st time patronizing not only this location, but any Popeyes store!I will now be contacting KFC HO! You have a business, then produce quality products & appreciate Customers! This location does neither! An example of people not caring enough to sell great merchandise or caring enough to respect buyers patronage nor caring enough to resolve poor business practice issues! 0/10!!!

Really disappointing service
Food was good. Waiting was challenging as barrier was to tight for several people.
This is sad. Meat was missing with bones showing, small corn was super small, and the gravy was watery. $29.17 for a 6-piece box with the 2 sides is a bad deal.
Nice place, not usually too busy or full. Fresh cooked chicken.
