Ordered supper today went to KFC through the drive-thru barely could understand what they were saying because they were quiet and they were rushing us our drinks the only two drinks that were full where are iced teas are pepsi's were not full my fries were squished due to being put at the bottom of two more containers and a bag of food and you can see the grease.... Definitely will not be going back there
If I could put zero stars I would they serve gross dried out food you can barley bite into it’s disgusting ? sorry but will never go here again absolutely disgusted by the food and the service
Always fast and friendly. An ordeal trying to order through the drive through. You can barely understand what your being asked as the intercom volume is very low.
Awful… Had to wait so long to get my sandwich, wasn’t really a fast food. The sandwich was very dry and hard to swallow. When I asked for more Mayo sauce, they said there is an extra charge but they could offer me salt and pepper instead. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
The location and the photos don’t match. This is the location inside Medicine Hat Mall and the photos are from their Carry Drive location.\\n\\nThey kind of make you feel bad using coupons or if you order an hour before closing and there was a time I was given all dark meat which was not asked. The wait time seems very slow, it can take up to 30 minutes. Yet the quality of chicken seem like it’s been cooked hours ago and is sitting in their warmer. Not the best KFC experience. They also don’t carry most of the new KFC items because apparently there storage is not big. Other locations are tremendously way better!
WORST CHICKEN EVER....today June 6/2021 ordered chicken it came in 2 boxes......by the time I drove across town and brought into house the oil had soaked through boxes and bottom of paper bag.....when taking boxes out of bags they fell apart from the oil which had soaked through bottom of box making box fall apart. Totally disgusting.

I had a great experience here. He made sure to tell me my bucket was mostly white meat which was preferred anyways but I appreciated that it felt like they actually care about attention to detail, come on thats not too bad for a fast food window! I don’t like to each KFC often maybe twice a year but will definitely go back to that one, might have to make it 3 or 4 times now. Quality of service matters.
Unbelievable, once again tasteless chicken. A hit and miss thing for this KFC. They can’t be following Sander’s recipe they just can’t!!
