This is the second time I was disappointed. I drove to the destination to order as last time when I ordered online, it took 30minutes to wait for food to be made in the store.Tonight they gave me half my order after 20 minutes of waiting and it was empty inside. They then took another 15minutes to give me the rest of my order. I watched the guy stand around and do nothing for 15minutes and then it got busy and everyone after me got their orders.It's like children are running loose and no supervisor is around to manage these kids. Terrible customer service and quality of food is sub par.
Worst veggie burger ever had in my life ask for ketchup but no ketchup on burger , no test of jalapeno and pickles.
Hands down the best burger in the industry! Shakes are great too but you can literally feel yourself slowly dying after having both, but what a way to go!
Good burgs n fries great staff and atmosphere …. But i near pooped my pants 2 burgers 2 fries 2 pop ….. 45$ intodays world its not easy to afford this place …. Maybe once a year ???
My experience at this Five Guys was the worst I've ever had in any of their 6-7 different locations I've been to. The food was just the worst, undercooked and lacked the usual quality preparation they are known for. The customer service just seemed lacking. Not sure my family and I will return.
I've never had a bad experience here! I've enjoyed the hamburgers, fries, peanuts, & hot dogs before. Today, I had the poutine & the milkshake. Five Guys Headquarters, you've got to start supplying the franchises with gluten-free buns!
Great burgers as always and what's this? I never knew that they had gravy! Tried some of that too - pretty tasty!!
William at the front taking orders could use a lesson on manners and customer service. Thank God the rest of his team know how to exceed and make up for his lack in human interaction skills
18 dollars for a burger drink and fries and a 15 minute wait. The food is good, but at that point it's just a sit down restaurant with no service. Might as well go to Tony Roma's next door and spend 5 extra minutes, the food is better, the environment is better, you get a server and it will be the same price.
Always find the food good, very fast, staff friendly definitely recommend.
