Tried one of the new cheese burgers they had to offer - I tried the two cheese deluxe! Very tasty especially if you get some onion rings with it!
Constantly giving the wrong orders because they can't understand us through the intercom. Tired of constantly having to complain about orders not being prepared correctly.
I got a mushroom burger they were off the menu for awhile and dairy queens burgers are flamed broiled always fresh the service always good so THUMBS UP TO DAIRY QUEEN YUMM YUMM
Very unacceptable service from the older lady with tattoo on her neck tonight as i heard her as clear as day make fun of me to her other Co workers after my app wouldn't show a code for my coupon, cant believe toxic people like this are allowed to work here, I wish I would have contacted a manager

Over the years I have found the quality of food at this location terrible. Every time I order a burger with lettuce on it, it's always a disgusting wilted mess, as if they microwaved it. The other day I went through drive-thru and ordered a Flamethrower burger. This time I requested no lettuce. Both of the patties were burnt black and there wasn't any sauce on the burger, just a tiny spot where the hot sauce absorbed into the top bun . Over the years I have complained many times about the low quality of their food on the DQ official website. I have never received a response and they haven't improved the quality of their food at all. The quality of food at the DQ downtown is much better. I recommend that one, but stay away from this location.
Didnt Honor a coupon. Tried to change the deal, most disappointing.
This is the best DQ in the city. We drive across town to come here.
