After telling them 5 times that I wanted onion rings with the rest of my order I was given my food and then looked in the bag and did not see them. I knocked on the window and was then told that they were under the rest of the food. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when I got home and they were not in the bag. The food was also cold and was less portions than asked for (4 chicken strips in a 6 strip basket). Absolute incompetence, I’d give 0 stars if I could
I ordered the buffalo chicken and they ran out of takeout containers I guess so I got a very messy dish that included 2 dine in trays which could make it super messy. I would recommend stockpiling a bit

Been there twice since moving to the area The sign on the pickup window says "ask for condiments" so, I asked both times. Both times, nothing. And the onion rings were barely warm and had a few over cooked fries in with them ... During the lunch hour! Not sure if there is going to be a third time going there.
Good people, good food but drive through speaker needs to be upgraded

Food tasted just okay. Onion rings were great but burger lacked flavor. A bit disappointing as Dairy Queen is usually pretty good.
The workers are always friendly, it's always nice and clean, and the burgers and ice cream are the best
I’m wondering how it’s my fault that they forgot my fries, drink and sundae when I ordered the meal. I was handed a bag and assumed they did their job. My bad. When I called back I was told I could come back and pick it up. Sure, why don’t I just waste my time and gas to come fix your mistake. Or, I could be put in “the book” and get it next time. That really doesn’t help me feed a disappointed child right now. You shouldn’t have to but, check your orders! This place will be keeping my “free” order that I’ve already paid for. Sad customer service!
Quick, efficient service. Clean facilities, food is always good, often stop here on the way through town.
