I hate this BK so muchThey never get my food right; sometimes, the manager decides that they will not honor the deals or coupons if she doesn't like you.I once had to phone head office about this. I got my apology & deal in the end, but I will never eat here again.
Burger king is my go to place. I've never had a problem with anything that I have ordered. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
The thick cloud of smokey stink that swirls around here is a clue. I can't eat the burgers because they smell like char sooo bad it stinks up tye car through the bag, not to mention the whoppers are always a tad cold since there's a thin meat patty with a boatload of cold toppings.The breakfast is good though I highly recommend the French toast sticks and coffee.The staff has always been fantastic!

went through the drive thru, they asked me to pull up to the front until my food was ready, so i did. i’m totally fine with waiting, 5 minutes later they took two bags to the a car that was in the drive thru after me.. five minutes later the guy goes back inside with a bag in his hand and says “this isn’t mine” i watch the workers look in the bag and talk about it, they close the bag back up, go outside and try giving it to the truck beside me before FINALLY coming to my car and asking “did you order a chicken sandwich?” they gave me the same food that was in a strangers car for 5 minutes, then tried to give it to someone else. and like during COVID?? so unsanitary… and my food was cold.

Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, it was cold so I took it back in , they proceeded to microwave one... it was horrible , you couldn’t even hold it they nuked it for so long.. this is the one in Medicine Hat on Dunmore ... wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
