7 oz. Steak meal costs $30 (Smallest portion I've ever seen for the price, definitely won't ever order steak here again.)Fish and Chips cost $23 (Excellent! Highly recommend this alone, fries are very good and they have good gravy)Dry Ribs costs $15 for 6 of them and they're mostly bone, definitely don't recommend.My husband ordered Calamari as an appetizer, took 15 minutes for them to let us know they were out after we had already ordered our main dishes, he also ordered two rye and coke, short, no ice, both drinks were brought with ice. Waitresses were friendly though and it is a clean, classy establishment. As a former waitress though, definitely should've been informed about the appetizer sooner. Thank you for the experience.
I just had the most amazing experience here. Some personal unfortunate events happened while I was dining and they made my experience amazing by giving me a free drink, having a worker pay for a dessert and all around making me feel amazing. The waitress I had was out of this world, beyond amazing and the food was excellent. If you want to have a welcoming experience paired with great food, you need to come here.
I have been here a couple times now. The service is pretty good, servers have been friendly but a bit infrequent to fill drinks etc. Food has been good, but not great. Lighting is really dim. Overall a decent experience, but could be improved with a few more items on the menu and more attention.
Great food, friendly and professional staff. Jordan served us with a smile even after we finished late. They all didn't hurry us up for closing time. Thank you team !
Nice place , food is good and clean .. family friendly too …. Never plan a group party at there ,because there is some staff who are not at all good for the job working there ,full of attitude and ultimate racism which you can read from the face .. long story short .. we had a staff Xmas party and gift exchange from Our work planned at BSH .. most of the staff present there were immigrants mostly from Asia and Africa .. the lady who attended our table was so rude by al means and ruined our party When we asked for checking out , it was split bill and a portion of each bill was suppose to be paid by our company .. our supervisor was trying to explain it to the lady many times and she wasn’t even paying attention and shouting that she don’t understand .. this was repeated many times ( such a good place please chose some nice staff and please don’t let ruin our good time ) Then I myself asked her is she can pay attention or is there any problem in understanding English .. she gave me this wierd look and ran to the kitchen .. luckily another lady came to do our table , she was nice , skilled and know her job she patiently did the bills the way we want and all the time she was smiling … (please tell that rude waitress ti learn her job from this efficient staff )
Really great food and drinks but a terrible server so probably won’t be back.
Terrible Experience.I just visited the restaurant with my friends. They didn’t let us in even though we have proof of vaccination and photo ID. We haven’t had any experience like this before in Medicine Hat. They were really being racist. It’s my friend’s birthday today and this incident spoiled our evening.
To be honest, just having lunch by myself was incredibly expensive! I did have a locally made beer and a sub par chicken sandwich and soup, but every move I made added up to a considerable upcharge. Not sure I'll be back
Service was horrible. After waiting almost an hour, I finally stopped the waitress to ask where our food was she said she would check on it. Miraculously she came back with the food. What are the odds that just when I asked it was ready.....as expected was Luke warm at best. Maybe it's my fault I should have asked a half hour earlier lol. Then she was passed when she didn't get a tip.
This place had shown racism towards my friends as they were not allowed entry into restraunt as they did'nt have physical id eventhough they had the electronic equivalent as many other customers were admitted into the store by showing the electronic ID without any issues.
