We stopped at bps as it was close to our hotel. The staff was friendly and promptly took our order (which was great as eating out with a toddler can be challenging when waiting for food). The TVs and coloring book kept him occupied until our food arrived. It was all really good. It was a great experience.
Waited a while to even see the hostess but our waitress was WONDERFUL! Food okay, too much salt for my liking
Absolutely terrible!!! 18$! For a overcooked burnt burger. Asked for no bun. Got no lettuce wrap. No sauce. Had Cesar salad. Got a very small salad with 1 cup of bacon bits on top. Server saw I wasn’t happy and walked away.Service was average. Cooks are TERRIBLE!!! No management!!! Won’t be back.

I was in Medicine Hat for a 2 day tradeshow and I have Gluten sensitivity. I love Pizza. Right from the online ordering process to delivery was awesome! And the pizza was so delicious!
I've always liked BPs and I went to the old location on Dunmore road often. For some reason I avoid the new southridge location. Every time I go the service is so slow and the table maintainance is poor. There are just so many better options of places to go. Can't say I've been to the Redcliff location yet though.

Absolutely disappointed and heartbroken for my poor 5 year old daughter. She loves Boston pizza and 2 days before her birthday absolutely enjoyed watching 3 people have happy birthday sung to them infront of everyone in the restaurant, any 5 year olds little heart would desire, but to our disappointment her birthday was not treated as such and she felt so left out and was unfortunately treated unfairly in this establishments. We are very sad to say will will no longer support such discrimination.
Supported local and took the family out for dinner but didn't feel very welcome or appreciated. We went in before the supper rush and there were only 4 tables of customers but it took almost 30 minutes to get our warm drinks and cold appetizers. The meals we ordered weren't much faster in arriving and must have been sitting at the pick-up window for some time before being served as they were all barely warm. I appreciate that many businesses are understaffed and doing their best but barely being acknowledged the entire meal is not good business. Might take the family back when they are fully staffed but might also give another local business my money instead.
The worst experience we’re ever encountered! When all the meals were ready but we don't have cutlery to eat , need to ask at least three times someone finally bring cutlery for us also the food(not supposed to)are spicy even the kids meal chicken fingers and fries. At least drink 2cups water still not even finish the meal. For over all we only taste spicy then nothing. Honestly, We will had better food and service from McDonald's. Really disappointing won’t go back anymore .
