Our Family went for dinner and was very disappointed in the experience. I had Chicken Parm and it was a tiny over cooked piece of chicken that was dry. The waitress replaced it with another tiny overcooked piece of chicken. My wife ordered the veggie burger on a gluten free bun...the bun was so hard it would bounce if dropped...the patty was also dry and over cooked. She sent it back and the waitress brought out the same dry burger with a messy limp lettuce wrap . She took one bite and said it was disgusting. When she told the waitress that it was inedible,the waitress agreed and said the buns and burger were not good. We got our bill and I noticed that the Veggie Burger was still on the bill. I went up to the waitress and politely said that she forgot to take the burger off the bill. She snapped back at me and said that I didn't request that the burger be taken off the bill. I said I shouldn't have to it was inedible and not even touched. The manager had yo come and then finally took the item off the bill. Really bad food and really bad service

I'm hugely appreciative of our experience at this location. We were there this weekend for a kids hockey tournament and this restaurant shared a parking lot with our hotel. 12 of us went there on Friday night (six adults, six kids) and had a great meal and time. On Saturday night at around 9:30 pm, there was a fire alarm in our hotel that forced everyone to evacuate. Instead of standing outside in the cold, BPs invited us in, gave all the kids juice boxes and brought out some complimentary pizzas, and charged the adults reduced pricing for some beer and wine while we waited for the hotel to be cleared. It turned an inconvenience into something of a memorable adventure. Thanks very much!

Ordered a steak sandwich rare and it came out dry with zero spices on it. Girlfriends pasta was cold and looked like it was left out for 30 minutes. Waitress was weirdly impersonal and would leave in the middle of speaking like she couldn't wait to get away.Was just a really weird and poor experience. 2 stars because they they didn't charge me for the gross steak.
