Ordered from there today a kids chicken buddy burger pack for my son and as true to form from this restaurant, I got a double burger packed with onions. On top of it, the counter person only took and fill one order at time. If you can't hire efficient and competent employees then why even bother?. Why do the customers have to suffer because your employees can't even make an effort?

No straw with drink, after she said the straw would be in the bag, asked for multigrain bun(blood sugar issues), got unseeded bun, called 3 x and no answer every time. Order took 12 minutes in drive through. Even with the Nashville chicken sandwich on what was supposed to be a multigrain bun, was told 5 minutes. For how much they charge, this is pretty poor service. This location is no longer my first choice or even my 5th choice. Ridiculous

Very unhappy with services.. first didn't match the price with coupons.. because I ordered spicy chicken burger instead chubby chicken burger, as per coupon offer.. I said oke, I paid extra with onion rings.. but just let you know..other a&w match the price in Town with the same coupon.. sometimes its not about money.. you guys are on customer service.. than after wait 10 minutes they told me we don't have onion rings.. ' I mean like.. really'... Than supervisor came with her cool time.. instead of taking to me and apologize for long wait.. she asked his assistant that I still want the burgers.. very unprofessional customer service by her.. she never talk to me.. refund the money and gone . Very good job.. worst experience here ..
Service was fast. The food was good. Only one comment. Why take my name to go with my order if you're not going to call names when the order is ready?
Ordered a meal of two burgers, two drinks and onion rings. The order took a while to come out, and when it did I got fries instead. After I asked for the onion rings I ordered they told me I needed to pay for them. They also mixed up the drink order, which isn't great considering it was for a diabetic. The burgers were OK. So they mangaged to screw up 2/3 of my order then demand I pay the extra 50 cents for their screw up. Not impressed.

For the love of a and w root beer and there meatless burger. From chicken strips to other burgers and now even breakfasts . The breakfasts are great and you do not leave hungry either .
