Every single time that I come here around 9pm there's nothing more than drinks and it supposed to close at 11pm
Always feel rushed. And today, I went to redeem points for a London fog, which is earl grey tea with milk, and the gentleman at the window said it’s not considered a tea and I wasn’t able to get my drink. Almost every time I come here or any tim Hortons in general someone screws something up. I’ve been patient with this business for so long, but it’s getting aggravating! Train your employees better!
Everytime i come to their drive through they never have anything… no bagel no donuts no chilli no crispy chicken for wraps…
Consistently messes up food orders. I order here very often and my order is always wrong. Orders have come not toasted, without cheese, sometimes even without lettuce or tomato or meat. I’ve called and complained numerous times to no avail, nothing has changed in months.
Bagels have a light dusting of cream cheese what a rip off. Does that look like 50 cents worth of cream cheese?
Got a London Fog today just tastes like warm milk. No flavouring.
Went and got a chicken ranch wrap from there any they just put a full cheese slice in the wrap instead of shredded cheese and it tastes awful. I would have waited a little longer for shredded cheese. Very disappointed and upset I wasted money on this. It will not let me post a picture
A good and organized place. Staff monitor and attend to customers who make orders at the drive way outside and those that are ordering inside with little or no hassle.
I’ve been to this place a dozen times already and EVERY SINGLE TIME the waits have been 15+ minutes for the drive-thru (with only a few cars in it). Worst Tim’s in Lethbridge in my opinion.
Bought 2 large French vanillas, carried them out in a tray so didn't feel that they were light. Got home and took them out of the tray and immediately realized they weren't full. Opened them up to find them barley 2/3 full. I combined them to make one full drink plus a tiny bit left in the other cup. What a rip off. Picture taken immediately after pulling them out of the tray.
