I ordered a black decaf, and was served watered down whatever. Not the first time this has happened, I doubt they will figure out how to control quality anytime soon
Avoid for the early morning coffee. Drive across town to a different tim hortons, it will take less time.Unlike other stores , they only staff 1 cashier during the morning with no one else until 6am, so if you go after 5am , there is 1 person doing the entire morning rush by themselves. Taking the order , then making the drinks , then making the food, then getting payment. 3 vehicles took almost 20min .
The weekend staff here is absolutely terrible. I've never waited this long in a Tim Hortons drive through before. Hire more weekend staff! Ridiculous.

I was trying to put 0 star but it won’t let me.. so I just put 1 star to write a review. Today, April 9, 2022 at 1145 am, we drove to this branch and went to the drive thru, now this hindi lady was not very pleasant and just yelling her way to get our orders.I was doing the ordering on a passenger seat but I was trying so very hard like my head was almost on the driver’s window because my boyfriend can’t talk because of a tooth problem. I wanna do the ordering so it’s clear for them. When getting our orders, she told my bf in a very intimidating way, “Next time you do the ordering so we can hear you better” for us, there was no problem, she was yelling while taking our orders. I was shocked, so I gave her what she wants and told her don’t tellUs what to do. She handed our orders out and shut the windows on us, and we can actually hear her taking.. we didn’t have a clue if we get everything we ordered. I mean she can say whatever she think is right for next time but not the way she did to us. I worked for customer service for such a long time and I never treated my customers the way she did. I told my bf to park and I will have a talk to the mamager of the store, but of course the manager didn’t do anything!! While I was talking to her manager this lady looked like she was ready to fight me! That is some customer service you guys!!! Not surprised about it because I think the hindi lady is driving them all in that store and acting like she is the head of that store. No offense but the way she is, I don’t think she needs to be there. She didn’t even give us all our orders!!! This is handled and reported to the main office of Tim Hortons. To the manager of the this store, DON’T PUT THIS LADY OUT TO HANDLE CUSTOMER BECAUSE SHE CAN’T AND SHE DON’T HAVE THE QUALITY OF A GOOD WORKER. Sorry but not sorry!!
Visited This tim hortons twice by mistake. Both times they got our order wrong. They didn’t put any napkins in the bag, I understand we didn’t ask but cmon.
The customer service at this location is incredibly lacking. The people are rude, the wedges are never ready, or they are way overcooked and hard. Would not recommend.

Was in hurry for work, ordered a sandwich, alone in store, waited 15 minutes and still had not started it ad they kept filling drive thru orders.
Always fast. Great place to stop.
