Food was fine, service was okay but was plus 30 Celsius outside and no a/c going in building. Don’t know if it’s just broken or owner is being cheap (have seen that before) really ruins the comfort level inside.
Polite service, but the donuts cost more and shrunk in size. The insulated reusable cups are overpriced.
Drive thru attendees really need to listen to what people are ordering. The first thing I ordered was a medium coffee, got everything else. Apparently "it wasn't on the bill"
I bought a coffee and she didn't to scan my Tim's rewards. Now I'm out not even knowing if I'm a possible winner.
Gave up trying to get any type of food at any timmies, they never have any doughnuts and half the time can't make a sandwich because of no stock. Why bother operating?
I think they've gotten my order right once the last 6 times I've gone through the drive through, between 2 different locations. Contacting customer service doesn't do any good they just ask you for a bunch of information that you can't give them because Tim's doesn't give receipts unless you ask. I keep going back because it's convenient so that's on me, but please work on your order accuracy.
Some of the worst service I've ever had in a timmies drive through. All I wanted was 4 gift cards and I was told I'd have to come inside and they couldn't do it in the drive thru. I have behind 5 cars and I had to wait forever. Something should have been posted so I wouldn't get stuck.
6pm. Sat in line almost half an hour. No cars moving. Finally get to the window and couldn't understand the lady working and she couldn't understand me. The guy behind me had a very simple order. Coffee and iced Capp. I heard him tell the lady his order AT LEAST 10 TIMES before he gave up and just pulled ahead. Finally get my food and you would swear they just pulled it out of the fridge and gave it to me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a tim Hortons.
I just ordered a steak and egg sandwich and it looked look a train ran over it. Horrible look. Ordered a coffee and couldn't even get that right. Think I'll start going back to the one I hit up early in the mornings. They get right. This one here well it's a gamble. But the service is ok.
Ordered two bagels with cream cheese add bacon, even pointed out to the employee to add cream cheese and bacon to both bagel orders, which added $2.00 to the order. Super disappointed when I was finally got a moment to eat them and neither had bacon. The lady walking out ahead of me complaining about her order should have been a red flag.
