Check your coffee before leaving they only fill it part way and rip you off. You have to ask for it to be topped to full. Food is always gross here and undercooked , they don’t pay attention to mobile orders. My husband ordered on mobile a coffee they continued to serve the line first and give them their food and coffee first even tho the mobile order for one coffee was placed 10 mins prior and even when they were done serving the people in line we still had to remind them about the coffee. Customer service here is terrible.one of the worst locations in the city. Their food is always awful here. Needs better management. ⭐️
Been going to this Tims for years on my way to work and it’s been going downhill fast lately. Multiple visits in the last few months have resulted in luke-warm tea, soggy bacon on a breakfast sandwich, undercooked croissant. I kept going in hoping it was just a few bad mornings but it’s really consistently bad at this point. I never have time to go back and have them fix it either.
There is one guy that they put on the window and every single time they do, he cannot get one thing right. On top of that he murmurs his entire way through an order and then just stops talking so you don't even know if your order has been taken. It's like he turns off his headset and tries to guess the rest of your order. Seriously.... tea is not a hard thing to get right on an order... especially when its the only thing on the order ?♀️
My daughter bought me a medium ice cap this evening from here. Never again will we go there and I will not recommend it either. The ice caps were very runny and not even half full...very disappointing.
I ordered an iced capp and a sandwich but when I got to the window they charged me for both but then said I never ordered the sandwich and I would have to pay again if I wanted one. Very disappointed that I paid $11 for just an iced capp.
I used the app to order and there was a bit of a mix up but it was figured out quickly and was delicious!
This Tim hortons is one of the worse everYou order and you get half a chili, no, knives, butter, no napkins. I total get it if your busy but when your not do your job!!!!
I had the worst possible experience at this location. I will absolutely never come here ever again! I do not recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your time, go to a different location.
Handy location to rendezvous with friends. I'd appreciate it if staff asked/reminded &/or was patient to wait for their guests to pull out the Tim rewards app. Especially when your distracted asking your friends to place their orders and it's not busy." O sorry too late once they hit the amount button. ? No rewards. The reward is meeting with good friends & a yummy muffin.
Worst service ever..so worried about drive thru that people wanting to sit inside have a lineup out the door as all staff working to help drive thru. If that is all you want to serve then close the doors to sitting.
