This is not the first time I have gotten bad service. Three staff were stocking shelves while I and 3 other stood and waited. The one staff did not smile say thank you nothing. They got the order of the person in front of me wrong because she was not paying attention. Not coming back to this location.
I spent $45 at this time Hortons on 13th they shorted me the hash browns gas is a 192.9 and I had to go get these hash browns this is not the first or the second time they forgotten parts of the order the hash browns were cold and greasy no compensation will not go back there ever again they do not know how to read their computer screens they do not know how to speak English and there is no no customer service this place does not deserve to be open

A warning to customers visit any other Tim Hortons location in Lethbridge, this branch clearly does not care to take a moment for their customers or quality. On multiple occasions in the past we have come to this branch and as a local to the area this used to be a frequent location I would visit. However, the staff do not listen or enter the orders in as they are heard. Our order shows up on the screen inaccurately almost to the point that I think they are intentionally trying to enter it in wrong. They never have common foods available that I could order at ANY other location without question (i.e. Chocolate Dip Donut, Vanilla Dip Donut, Breakfast Sandwiches, certain bagels, etc.) Another point to add is the consistency of the disappointment experienced here, I live close to this location and would love to get donuts here often however they are so thinly glazed there is practically no point in paying at all. It is a sad excuse for a Tim Hortons and they often mess up our orders to the point where I am broken, I want to come to this location but its honestly worth the drive 10 minutes across town or literally anywhere else to get decent service.

Though the staff at this location are friendly enough something on my order is always wrong and the donuts are usually old.
I play the Tims NHL Hockey Challenge. It makes watching hockey games more exciting. I have had some problems with my points in the past however once the Timmy service was made aware of the problem they quickly restored my points and gave me 20 extra for my trouble. Now that is great service!!
Go for a tasty coffee or tim bits the staff are pleasant and love my puppy
I ordered 2 large coffees black, 3 cream 3 sweetener and 2 breakfast sandwiches and they messed up the order(I was in the drive thru) I politely informed them as I came through the drive thru again and I was questions about about my order like I was trying to get free product or something terrible service
