If it was possible to give negative 5 stars, that is what this place deserves. In 30 years, I have never had such a bad experience at a TH. We asked for breakfast farmers harvest sandwiches and asked "the patty inside is no meat right?" The girl at the register said yes and we got a cold english muffin with a tastless patty inside. We said the sandwich includes egg, cheese, tomato and salt and pepper? There was a supervisor behind who yelled at us "you asked for no meat." I said "yes, but what about the egg and cheese tomato and salt and pepper?" She yelled "this is what no meat mans" and then yelled "this is the mistake of the girl who took your order." We said "Can we get another one?" and she said "I can give you an egg but no sandwich." We let it go and asked for two croissants. The croissants were cold and lumpy and stale and we threw them in the garbage. The coffee was just warm tasteless water with no real coffee inside. TH is known for coffee and when you get the worst coffee we have had ever anywhere in the world, it shakes your faith in TH. Worst of all, there is a woman (supervisor?) who is constantly yelling at the back and blaming everyone including the customers. The constant loud din from her makes it very unpleasant for the customers.
I have never been to a worse Tim Hortons. The management staff should be embarrassed of them selves and then fired. The young staff they have are friendly and try their best but come up short because of the management team. I live 700m from this location and I will drive to any other location in the city to avoid this one. Every time I have went they have been out of at least one item I order, and please let’s be real at 8am how are you out of hash browns. I am surprised they have coffee. Shut this location down.
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Consistently poorly made iced coffees, stale EVERYTHING, terrible management, the list goes on. The worst part is that the drive through staff do not understand English, which is fine if your job is that of a chef, but not as someone who directly works with customers taking orders, they messed up my orders countless times to the point where I have personally stopped going there, wasting the gas to go to another location. Any location can do better than this, and to call this a Tim Hortons is giving management and staff a far higher title than they ever have achieved.Please do not go here if you want your food to taste decent
Just ordered the hazelnut cream cold brew and got what was a watery chemical tasting version! Also looked liked they were cleaning some equipment and wouldn’t be surprised if I got poisoned!!!! Never spending another dime there again!!!
THIS TIMS IS ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! I went in to order and I watched the guy make my daughters bagel. I ordered a bagel toasted with butter. It burnt and he still gave it to me. I said my daughter will not eat that as it is burnt. He argued with me that it wasn't burnt and if I don't want it that way then I have to tell them lightly toasted. Seriously?! Why would you serve that anyhow?! He was angry when I told him I shouldn't have to ask for it not burnt. So I said I won't take it and would like another bagel properly toasted. Then as I left the restaurant the staff just laughed. Never supporting this location again! The owners should either hire staff with proper customer service skills, train the current employees in proper customer service, or given the previous reviews they will just continue to loose customers and money.
Poor customer satisfaction. Gave me the wrong order and want me to drive back rather than refunding me! 1 star is way more! Deserve A ZERO
Ordered a large double double and a bacon and egg on an English muffin. I got a large 2 creams and an egg on an English muffin. Paid full price.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the city. The staff is always rude and abrasive, I have yet to get a correct order from them, or one that is actually decent quality. Today was my last trip there. They had gotten my order completely wrong, and I went back to get it corrected. They took my food from me through the window, without saying a word. Disappeared and a couple minutes later they came back with a bag, which I assumed was the food we had ordered the first time. They gave us back the exact same food I had just given them for being wrong! No apology, no customer service, definitely the WORST in the city. Would give negative stars if I could.
I come here frequently before work. 3 times in a row they have no given me my entire order. The service is not good. I will not be going back. Would not recommend to ANYONE unless you want to receive only half your order.
