i asked for service coz i was waiting 10 min , manager/ shift supervisor came and start batching at me saying you need to wait, I told him I'm only costumer inside you need to serv inside too equally nothing is busy except drive through you guys need to serv equally to drive through as well as inside ,I ask can I have ur name,he said we make our rules i don't have to do what customer ask , I can't give me ur name , Just for the knowledge few staff don't have Mask including manager who was talking with me. I try to communicate with other staff to ask his name he yell at me so I left I even call him after 10 min and try to ask him name , but he was more rude and hang up the phone ?
This one store in particular is quite rude, all the staff are always snotty. Plus they have one guy there that likes to force his political views on you and brags about how he's against the convoy.
Went in for donuts for my kids. The customer services was horrible. The girl hardly looked at me didn't ask what I wanted or greet me when I came in very stand offish for a till clerk idk. I usually don't go to Tim Hortons but this shall prolong me going back anytime soon.
Always great coffee, two ladies that constantly have things ready for us every night It’s easily become easily a highlight to might night. They are always happy and extremely pleasant Thankyou a for being awesome
Very rude drive thru staff who interrupt you constantly with 'Is that everything?' Uuh... I was literally still talking and ordering so no, that's not everything (I did not say this just thought it loudly). Anyway, because they were so concerned about asking 'Is that everything?' they missed part of my order and I ended up having to pay twice. Got attitude about it from the woman at the window too. All in all, not a pleasant experience today.
Horrible customer service, I waited more than 20 mins and no one bother to took order, they were not busy they were chatting, I can see them and I had my vaccine card with me but for some reason they just didn't care around 10 am on Dec 30 ,
This location is helpful and fast, be sure to speak clearly and be very specific if you have special orders.
Drive thru service was slow. But may have been customer at front of line
