Never been before. Made reservations for 5:45 for bowling, for my sons bday. Arrived on time and not one person down there. Looked closed. One staff came in and nearly ignored us. I said hey, we have a reso for 5:45 and he simply said yep and kept going on his phone, and never returned. So we go upstairs to find someone. Manager took us down got us started. And didnât charge us for bowling but wanted to for shoesâ¦.. but they didnât have socks. Finish bowling and go to eat. Food was ok. My little ones food was cold and the tortilla was dry. I had no chicken on my quesadilla. But honestly we just wanted to leave and get back on the road. Took 20 mins to get the bill and was still 80.00 for this not so great experience.
We didn't want to sit on the patio yet that's the only place that was open. We actually asked about it, and they told us that the main floor wasn't open, we had to sit outside. We actually left, and they didn't seem to mind losing the business, guess they don't value their customers....oh well, won't be going back!!!!

Our night out was ok just nothing exceptional. We got charged wrong on a few things, and the service was very friendly but on the slow side. The drinks were all perfect and decently priced though.

We went for the steak dinner fundraiser which was a good deal for $25. The place was quite full in the main dining area which was nice to see. I understand that there can be delays and hiccups when dealing with that many diners all at once but our servers didn't seem that knowledgeable on what specials were on. For instance we were told that there were no breadsticks left and the server did suggest an alternative. She failed to tell us that they were 3 times as much which we later realized once we got the bill. She said there would be an upcharge to have Caesar salad instead of garden salad. Okay fine, but not $7.99. All in all I am glad I went to support LCCR but was truly disappointed in the food quality and service.
Myself and 5 friends ate here as participants in The Last Chance Cat Ranch fundraiser. I found my steak was tough but everyone else said theirs was great. All the steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. The service was excellent, we had Ashley and she was super in spite of how busy the place was.
