my order was a take out order the girl at the till was not friendly , the mexi fries were barely cooked and barely warm ,i ordered for 3 people and asked for 6 hot sauce and she said she could only give me 4 even though i was ordering enough food that would need at the very least 6 or 8 hot sauce , don't know when i will go here again as the service was not good !
We enjoyed our meal at taco.There was such a great selection, it was tough to decide.Burrito bowl was absolutely filling and delicious!Could not ask for nicer staff and wonderful service.Place was spotless, as were the washrooms.Sadly, at the time we were ordering, this elderly man was giving the girl behind the counter a hard time. She was absolutely awesome with him considering how rude he was.She deserved a medal.
Horrible service! The girl taking my order had a very hard time understanding what I was ordering and was arguing with me about what I ordered! She was very rude!when I pulled up I asked them if they had a hard time hearing me? They said that I ordered really “Fucky”! The guy that gave me my change dropped some on the ground and didn’t say anything not even a sorry! Worst drive thru experience of my life!
Well I never dreamed that I would end up eating dinner on a Friday night at TacoTime, but after the 6 hour delay that we experienced at Coutts while trying to get back into Canada, it was a welcome relief to get good tacos and even better Tater Tots. The food was good and so was the service. It seems like a popular spot for the locals.

In Dec 2021, My Wife and I were in Lethbridge for a 2 night stay. We purchased a meal at the above noted TacoTime. We were very disappointed with the soft tacos and the Crustos we purchased. The Tacos had a very peculiar taste to them with wilted lettuce and dry shells, also the Crustos appeared to have been cooked in old oil and did not taste very good. We threw out most of the meal. I attended the store and spoke to the Manager on duty who explained that because of the flooding in BC, they were getting their hamburger from another source which explained the taste difference but she could not explain why the Crustos were not edible. On Feb 22,2022, we again attended the same TacoTime and the results were the same. I noticed that the tacos are pre made and microwaved to heat them which could explain why they were dry, wilted and odd tasting and not worth eating. The crustos were the same quality as earlier. I did not bother attending to complain this time. We often attend out local TacoTime in Cranbrook and have never had a bad meal.
It's good for the service it provides. I usually dont encounter issues at this location
It was one of the best that I have been to but getting too expensive to go back to very often.
Very tasty food served very quickly.
Food is fresh and delicious! Staff are very friendly too.
