We were there for the Canada Day deal. I liked that pie was included in the special. I appreciated the finger cleaning bowls.
Enjoyed our meals.Chicken and ribs are always good here.You definitely get lots of food!We had a gem of a gal, LEAH, who was awesome at taking care of us.Washrooms were clean, service was great and a lovely atmosphere.Thank you LEAH!
I have eaten at this location 3 times, each time i have ordered the Back Ribs, each time, they have been out of Back Ribs, and had to accept side ribs, which are fatty and fully of cartilage.This past time, apparently they changed suppliers of their French fries, the new fries are disgusting, they appeared cooked, nice and golden brown on the out side, but bite into them, it's like eating a raw potato.They brought me a second order, same thing. If this is the quality Swiss Chalet is going for, it's no wonder all their restaurants in BC have closed, Alberta may not be far behind.
The fries were overcooked, tasted burnt. I wanted to try the ribs, but they were sold out. The service of waitress was rushed, I felt I had to quickly eat and leave.
I have eaten Dinner at many Swiss Chalet before but this location truley deserves 5+ stars. The staff went over the top to make my family feel at home. Great portions ghat will fill you up. But I recommend saving some room for the desserts that won't let your sweet tooth wanting more.I definitely recommend stopping and savoring the cuisine.
Order via the app and said my order was cooking checked back 30 mins later on the app and order was missing from the app no email or call. Had no problem charging my credit card never got my food but they they got there money
Sunday 6th March 2022 2.40pmPoor service and ignorant staff members. We had to wait for 20 min to order after we've been seated, even though there was only another one table occupied. When we called for someone to place our order, the other waitress looked at us and ignored completely.Very disappointed with a poor service!
Great atmosphere quiet and clean, great service. We found the staff friendly and kind. As well the food was hot and delicious. Lots of fries.
Ordered takeout appies, Spring rolls disgusting threw them in the garbage, wings disgusting threw them in the garbage.
Friendly and efficient staff here! No longer offering whole wheat buns. ? I had the pot pie which is topped with a separately-baked puff, that I couldn’t cut so had to set aside. The stew was good. My side was coleslaw: HUGE serving!
