This subway location used to be awesome. However in the last year all their staff has changed. Biggest issue is food handling for sure. I have witnessed staff drop a knife on the floor and not properly wash & sanitize before bringing back to the line. They are also not changing their gloves when they go from the line to the till and back to the line to prepare food. This is a big no no and I am starting to wonder if any of their staff have taken any food safety training at all. Also when they do put gloves on they aren't washing or sanitizing their hands. When I was a teenager and worked at Subway the rule from corporate was you always had to wash hands properly before putting on new gloves. If they are having issues with these simple food safety requirements imagine how they handle the sauce bottles, washing dishes, and other food prep around the restaurant.
Always fresh, always great! Never had an issue at this subway, they always make my sandwich just right!
Usually there are these 2 dudes that work here that are amazing ??? Like chefs kiss great at making a veggie sandwich, but October 10 around 3:40 there was this girl and I asked for for my usual and like everything was going fine until I asked for vegetables, there was very little lettuce and olives just in the middle and about three pickles I had to ask for extra spinach because she put such a little spinach the cucumbers are very clumped together. I love you girl but you need to do better next time

Last night went in and was ignored by the 2 girls working. One of them was literally sitting on the counter with her feet up on the counter texting before getting down to make a sub for drive thru. How unsanitary for staff to have their feet up on the counter of a food service establishment. Let alone during a pandemic.

Asked to wear a mask, operator gave the worst looks you can get, I apologized and went to my car and got one, later a guy comes in without a mask for pickup order, no questions asked, so much for a great customer service.Not the forget that the employees (except few) are always rude and sound like they are doing a favour by serving us. Asking to change gloves is a crime in this store. You get looks as if we r buying food for free when asked to change them. Touching all over the place while making sandwiches, Food safety regulations just thrown out of the windows.
