Order was placed correctly and employee entered it wrong. We didn't realize this until after payment and she refused to refund to and recharge to remedy issue.
We brought all our kids plus a few extra here after swimming at the YMCA. Very clean location and staff/owners were very friendly, our complicated order was completed quickly. They made sure we got the best pricing for the 12 of us. Keep up the good work, and thanks for lunch
the subs were tasty and we enjoyed sitting down to eat and visit
Staff was nice food was not fresh at all I finished half my sub could tell the meat was old. Next day I'm on the toilet for a good while.

Handed in a coupon that was just ignored. Should of just said I'm not paying for the sandwich and left. Maybe he would get the picture. That's what happens when you don't learn English.

The sub wasn't six inches. I eyed up other foot longs in the display. I never had a sub so small in my life. I've seen them cut subs in the past for people and they always cut the first half larger. That is why I usually just buy the foot long to avoid this, but I had dinner plans later. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if it wasn't such an expensive six inch. I would have paid the extra money for a foot long, if it wasn't too late and the last serving me wasn't so annoying and rude. As if i can't size something up by my eye, when it is so obviously closer to 1/3 of a foot long than 1/2.also, they were so cheap on the meat. Tiny piece of bacon for an entire sandwich.. half a scoop of steak I usually get because the sub is 1/3 of a foot long. Last time I go there. It's bad enough the bread was smaller than usual. There was no reason for it to be so thin. If that isn't evidence enough, half a sub usually fills me up. I save the other half for later. I was still hungry after. I guess that is what happens when you get half of what you pay for in weight..
Nothing but great things to say about this store. I actually drive a little further to go to this Safeway than the one closest to my house (not that there is anything negative about the once close) but this one is super clean and the staff are always ultra friendly. I mean don't get me wrong they are not offering to clean your car (as some people who write reviews seem to expect) but they do their job well and are very present while doing it. Awesome!
