The barista 's can be friendly depends on who you get. My shots are always burnt though, it's not hard to make a good espresso shot, really I was a partner for 12 years! All it really takes somebody who actually cares about what they're doing instead of just drawing a paycheck. I'd rather m support local and go to cuppers for my whole being an espresso beverages.
It's a Starbucks. I like their seasonal drinks and the staff is anyways helpful and friendly.
Worst experience ever! My drinks were not having any taste made by them except sugar , too much sugar like they poured their whole sugar bag into my order! Ridiculous !! Waste of money for sure.

Apparently this one Starbucks likes to charge $.80 for cream I’ve been ordering for Starbucks for over 10 years and I’m a proud Goldmember but this location here in Alberta you should avoid it — go to the ANY OTHER LOCATION there’s many in this little town avoid this one because clearly they don’t know what they’re doing
I really like starbucks but ive about had it with this location. Only the drive thru is open and trucks with trailers cant get through there. ? they need to get there stuff together.
I'm not a huge Starbucks fan, but a friend wanted to meet there for a visit. Peppermint hot chocolate was pretty good, but I really wanted a nice hot orange pekoe tea (maybe it's on the Hidden menu?). Anyway, staff were friendly, service was good, and the sitting area was fine, but all the hard surfaces and open prep area make conversing difficult at times (especially with loud customers!! haha). Overall, not bad. I'd give it 3.5 but I can't, so 3 it is. haha
When travelling to Lethbridge, unfortunately this location is the closest to me. However if I had a choice I would drive out of my way to a different location because this one is TERRIBLE. They made my drink wrong and wouldn’t replace it, on top of that it’s the slowest, and lowest customer service I have ever seen. Skip this location and save yourself the frustration!
