Definitely received bubble tea without any bubbles this evening... The food was kind of slimey too. I used to like this place but won't be ordering from them again.
A nice small cozy restaurant! I thoroughly enjoyed their beef pho and vermicelli bowl. Their broth had great flavour and came with a generous amount of meat, the only critique is that the broth was a bit too salty. The vermicelli bowl included many toppings and was pretty good. The prices was a bit on the expensive side. Our bill came to around $80-$90 for 4 bowls of beef pho and a bowl of vermicelli. Overall a great Vietnamese restaurant! Would recommend
Delicious food and really nice service! I was happy to see how many gluten free options there were!

1. Food: We ordered spring rolls 4.8, Pad Thai3.7- 3.9, and Pho noodle soup with beef 3.7-3.9. The spring rolls are 4.8, very good, will order again! we have traveled a lot and had tried lots of pho and Pad Thai, so the rating is compared with pho in broad places. The Pho beef is decent flavored, but the soup had not much flavor. However, it doesn’t make me thirsty after which is good ( no msg)! 2. Service: friendly and timely. 3. Price: spring rolls price very reasonable considering they are tasty.
Wonderful service. Food is always fresh and filling . I highly recommend this family run establishment
We ordered soup from here and the bowl they sent was $11 and arrived less than half full. I Wouldn’t recommend.
I had the great pleasure to try the hot and sour soup with pork and egg noodles! Oh man was it good. Staff is incredibly friendly as well.
Tasty food (recommendation: 3a rolls, 57 house special, 93 beef ribs on rice & veg, 110 spicy noodles), service that shows they care (Leo's wife drove our delivery food to our house last night because delivery company flaked out), and a locally owned small business--what more do you want? Spring Rolls is a Calgary level restaurant that happens to be in Lethbridge, which my family is grateful for. Enjoy! :)
Delicious food. The vermicelli and rice dishes are good, but I primarily go here for the soups as no other Vietnamese restaurant can match the authentic flavors. The #70 or #71 BBQ on noodle soup with duck (make it spicy if you dare), and Hong Kong-Style Beef Brisket Noodle Soup are worth a try. For noodles the #57 House Special Vermicelli- Bun Dac Biet is the best bang for your buck as it is loaded with protein. If you do not want it on noodles, they will put it on rice for you. #35 Shredded Pork, Crab Meat Basket Egg, Bean Curd Skin, Shrimp Paste, and Charbroiled Pork Chop on Rice - Com Tam Bi Cha Suon Nuong, Tau Hu Ky is right up there too. I wouldn't agree with the other posts on the portion size or quantity of meat. I have eaten here many times for years and I have never left hungry. Even better than the food are their prices. They have been able to maintain their pricing and it is very reasonable which keeps me coming back as it wont break the bank. I find other places in town over charge for what they are selling. Their service is quick enough that if you want to go over a lunch hour you will have plenty of time to eat. The owners are kind and polite and after going a few times they will remember you and what you typically get. Five stars all around.
