Coffee seemed a bit bitter but the food was okay. Dont remember the name of our waitress, but the host kid Caleb was phenomenal! Hes the one who got our drinks, and went to get the waitress to give us our bill after she was no where to be seen for a good 20 minutes. I tipped him more than i tipped her because he honestly did the better job.
We arrived at 9:15 am on Father's Day. We were seated right away, and our waitress came in a timely fashion, to bring us drinks and take our food order. However, we waited 45 minutes for our food. Nobody explained the delay. Very disappointing.
Visited this location may 29, 2020 around 1:30 pm. We talked with a host who didn’t not greet us. Just asked for how many and then sat us in the corner. They told us they would be back with utensils (they never came back with utensils. Just sat at another booth, wiping down menus) a server greeted us 5 minutes later and asked us what we wanted to drink. They brought back coffee and cream with still no utensils. We asked for some for a second time and received them with no spoon. The server told us they would be right back to take our order. 20 minutes later they returned laughing telling us they forgot about us. They really did, no check in, no refills on drinks. And they took our order. At this point I brought my timer on my phone out to time how long it would take for the food to get to our table. I went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. The floor was sticky and covered with urine and water. The toilet had stains all over the bowl and the mirrors were covered in water splatters. They hadn't checked their bathroom in 4 hours from the cleaning sheet inside it. I went back and waited another 36 minutes before the food came to our table. It was room temperature. Slimey and the steak wasn’t cooked right. I saw another table complaining to the manager and I guess it wasn’t his day. I called him over to complain as well and when he was given the complaints. He made excuses telling me that it’s a Sunday afternoon. And they’re busy. And he’s doing the best and will let the server and host know about my complaint. I don’t blame the server or host or kitchen. I 100% blame the management. It was poorly run. Poorly handled. And quite frankly horribly immature and irresponsible for a manager to not take responsibility and apologize but try to make excuses and blame his staff. Just awful
Food was excellent. Great portion sizes. Hot, fresh and quickly. Check on us often to see how the food was and if we needed beverages refilled. Excellent breakfast foods at very reasonable prices. Great west choice !
Our visit was May 7th, 2022.No one was in the restaurant except for one person who was on a laptop near the kitchen. I'm guessing he was staff since he wasn't eating.The greeter sat us down, took our drink order, then came back and said our server was busy.She acted like she was writing everything down we ordered, but came back a minute later asking how my husband wanted his steak.Then she left, came back again and asked what it was that we didn't want on our omelette, which was onions. My kids wanted crayons to color the kid's menu. We asked twice and no crayons were bought over..Finally our waitress made an appearance with the food.My plate was full of fries. I ordered steamed vegetables and let the waitress know. My husband's meal was supposed to come with a salad and she had to go get that as well.No onions became lots of little minced cooked onion and green onions on top.. We swept them to the side of our meal.The waitress returned after 5 minutes with the smallest bowls of salad and steamed vegetables. If you've had frozen vegetables from a bag, you know about the tiny bits in the bottom. That's what I got! It was mostly carrots, with a tiny piece of broccoli and cauliflower here and there.I was hoping that Smitty's would be as good as it was last summer when we visited.My good was so bland. I never salt and pepper my food at a sit down place. I don't have it, it's flavourful. I had to super and salt and pepper. There wasn't anything there.I wanted to get up and leave and we should have. We shouldn't have paid for that.No one was in the restaurant so I don't know why the waitress was busy. I don't know why the greeter had to come ask anything about our order if she were writing everything down.And no, there wasn't anyone coming in for Skip the Dishes or Dash, pickups, etc. We were the only ones.We were beyond frustrated at this point. No restitution was offered. No tip was given. The service was awful. I can't recommend this location.Just a note, if the parking lot is empty on a Saturday at lunchtime, probably not a good idea to go in.

Kitty was a beyond lovely server! Had such a great time with her, food was great.Had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated though.
My 3 year old son has severe allergies and I asked for no toppings on his jr burger. As you can see in the picture. The chef did not only just take the tomatoe off after mistaking the order. He sent the burger out like this. This is very upsetting as now I have to give my son benadryl for his allergies. Wrote the company and no one has replied to fix this. Being a chef this is very upsetting as obviously the cook was too lazy to make another burger without the extras.
Nice, new location. Very friendly staff. Very clean, bright, nice and open feeling.
I visited this establishment a few times at first I was very happy the service was wonderful the staff was friendly the food was great. The last few times I have gone the service started to go down hill inparticlar to one waitress we waited long time for refills to pay our bill incorrect orders I asked her for what soup they have and it's always cream or broth how ever there are two young girls that go above and beyond they make sure everything is good food is cooked right refills we're prompt. So thank you to those 2 servers
