Waitresses are great. Food not so much
I not only speak for myself but also for others that can't get onto this platform to let it be known that the Legion shouldn't allow these liars called International Auctions into their building. They're advertisement is very misleading. The individual we dealt with was rude and tossed some of my antique jewelry items back into the container. I'm missing an earring and another one broke. The guy was also mixing gold and silver together for weight and gave us lowest offer than a single silver ring would go for scrap. I would have been insane to have brought items I've been collecting from ww2 and the years after to these mouth breathers, better to be donated to the museum in Calgary. As for free appraisals, didn't get one, instead it was just telling me how much they give per carat and they didn't want it even though I said it wasn't for sale. He was hard to understand with his accent and mumbling on top of that. Lesson learned, check their ratings on google beforehand, it's not good. I know this is not specifically the Legions fault but this isn't good representation for the veterans in this country.
I went to the Legion for lunch and enjoyed homemade lasagna with 2 garlic toast!!This was the best I've had from a restaurant!!Highly recommend this restaurant for lunch!!
