Do not prepay. I prepaid and tipped 20%. I waited 1 1/2 hours for my pizza. They forgot something and this was just before they are closing. I said don't bother. I was done dealing with them. They charged me full price and gave me a cookies pizza that I never asked for. I imagine when you are so late you rush and forget stuff. I get that. But, seriously take the extra time to check. The food I did get was really good. No complaints there. I ordered off their menu.The previous time I ordered I got a pizza with barely any toppings. This happens if you don't order one of their menu pizzas.I love Pizza Hut, but tired of giving them chances..
One of the best pizza hits in town, they are always friendly and get your order ready as fast as they can. I have never had a issue going here, for a pizza hut and nothing but.

I went into Pizza Hut today and we were denied service because we didn’t have a mask, yet they didn’t provide it for us. But the tables weren’t even a meter away from the entrance. What are we gonna do give the ghosts in there COVID? (There was like one other person in there lmao) Like bs ?? Ur food is amazing tho
Went to the store with my Son. Staff looked like they prefer to work elsewhere. Customer service was about as basic as could be and couldn't really answer questions regarding there own products. 2 star simply for the deal. On a comparison to other fast food pizza places here in lethbridge, I'd rate customer service a zero with Domino's and Papa Johns far exceeding this place. Over the years this place has really gone down hill. Sad to see and sad to experience. Unfortunately it's not what it use to be and time to move on. It was a good 30 years
I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and a pasta at 10:45pm Saturday January 8th for delivery. When it came I opened the box, and immediately could tell it was undercooked. The cheese on top was not melted. So I lifted the cheese and sure enough, the dough was completely raw. all the way to the edge. I called 310.1010 and talked to a guy. He put through a replacement for me and sent it out. It came, and the delivery guy was very apologetic. I opened the new pizza, and saw the exact same thing. Un-melted cheese. So again I moved the cheese around and this one was even more raw than the first. So I called them right back and told him this one was even worse. He said he would call the location to see what was going on. in 10 mins he called me back and said that the workers checked it and they said it was fine before sending it out. Anyone with 2 eyes could tell that was not the case. Apparently RAW pizza is the standard for this location. On the phone he offered to send out ANOTHER pizza and of course I said no. Then all he said he could do was a credit for he pizza. Not my money back. At this point I don't even care about the $13.00 I paid, what I care about is that they think raw pizza is okay. And ill be the first to admit I was not very nice by the second and third phone call.

The food is fine. Would be nice if they were actually open the hours they advertise. Often closes an hour earlier than the Google listing or their website state.
Pizza should not be greasy. Pizza from this place is always greasy or oily . No thinks, other places not so .
I am not impressed my pizza was half cooked how Raw I will never order from them again
