Where to start: used to like this place, but been a while since I ordered. So I went to their website to login, says my account no longer exists. So Had to create another account, filling in all my information, made the order, the had to enter all the information again, then go to pay, and then had to enter in all the information again. 3 times, what a waste. AND it kept changing country to the US, then finally made the order, got a display that the order confirmation will be emailed to me. Received that about 2 hours after order. I did notice that the order was incorrect when it displayed it on the screen, (I selected a dip and it said no dip) So I called their number and wait 20 minutes before talking with someone. By then the order apparently was already out for delivery, well it took 40 minutes from that time before I got my order, needless to say it was cold, soggy fries, and the pizza was dry and seemed overcooked. Definitely a bad experience, will not be back!
Very poor delivery service. They miss things and then apologize but never get back on time. It's really disappointing that the food is good but has to suffer because of the services. Will not suggest for deliveries from them instead order from a different place.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service. I ordered pizza two days ago and I had missed my pizza guys calls because I was already headed outside to meet him. When I returned to my room with my pizza I went to see if I actually had missed any calls and I had. However, there was also a text message from a number that was unfamiliar to me. If you see the number that had called me twice was also the same number that had texted me. I ignored the text because I thought it was creepy and moved on with my life. Then, today I woke up to see that someone tried to add my snapchat. Snapchat has a function in which you can see how a person found you, and as you can see this person used my phone number. Let me repeat. After he could not get a response from texting me he then proceeded to try and find me on snapchat. I RARELY give out my phone number and the last place that had taken down my number was Pizza 73. This is absolutely disgusting and I refuse to order from Pizza 73 ever again out of pure fear for my safety. This should not be happening to customers. The university is already low on food options due to COVID and now I’m only left with one. If this worker is from your Pizza 73 he should be fired or reprimanded at the very least for misusing my information that I harmlessly gave in order to get some food.
Friendly staff, awesome pizza & wings. Reasonable prices. They even offered to help carry out what I ordered. Thumbs up
order a solo deal waited 40-45 min before I decided to call & was told that they called me 7 times (this is a lie btw). Sent the order out again and kept called costumer services through the added hour wait and was told the driver came back again and tried fk call me. Mind you I had been waiting outside in the cold so there is no way he came. Clearly he lied or went to the wrong address. To make it even worst the costumer service rep repeated the address back to me and when I asked him for the added information (like what door he was supposed to come to) he couldn’t tell me, but let me know they could send the food again for a third time if I paid an extra 11$. Lady on the phone while I placed my order was super rude to but I brushed it off. Did not brush it off with the costumer service rep because even he acknowledged that the driver was full of sh*t. Never gonna order from here again.
Tastes like Pizza Hut but half the price. Infinitely better than their eastern counterpart Pizza Pizza

Their Pizza was great, really enjoyed it. They have great staff too and they keep to time!
Pizza is always as expected. But last order took more than 2 hours. And when I called in to question I was offered a refund threw store credit. Obviously I accepted. But now credit is not offered on my account what so ever.. I can have a small discount instead... atrocious service! Surprised there still open in lethbridge at all...
