The quality of the product has really suffered lately. Prices have increased, toppings and cheese are scarce. Stop cutting corners.
I usually have a pretty good experience with this place, but sometimes I don't think they train their staff very well. I ordered a pizza which came to 16 bucks and when I arrived for pickup I asked to add on a 6pack of pop. The price of a 6pack on the menu is 4.99. They told me the total would be 27 dollars. 16 + 5 is 21 and there is no way there is 6 dollars of gst. They stared at me blankly, no awareness of the issue, or desire to figure it out. I ended up not getting the pop because they told me that's just how their system rings it up. Very frustrating experience.
Love the pizza, Pizza is made well, hot and fresh. Best pizza and wings in town.

Food is great and people are friendly however it is hard to get your correct size of serving. Alot of confusion occours from time to time so when you would like to order a large you end up walking out with a small. Overall its a great buisness and good tasteing too

I would give 0 stars if I could, I’ll give it 1 because it showed up. It showed up within half hour of ordering, but odd that it showed up cold and tasted 3 days old. Is it normal to pick up a pizza slice and it stays straight as a board? The most disgusting pizza I’ve ever eaten.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service. I ordered pizza two days ago and I had missed my pizza guys calls because I was already headed outside to meet him. When I returned to my room with my pizza I went to see if I actually had missed any calls and I had. However, there was also a text message from a number that was unfamiliar to me. If you see the number that had called me twice was also the same number that had texted me. I ignored the text because I thought it was creepy and moved on with my life. Then, today I woke up to see that someone tried to add my snapchat. Snapchat has a function in which you can see how a person found you, and as you can see this person used my phone number. Let me repeat. After he could not get a response from texting me he then proceeded to try and find me on snapchat. I RARELY give out my phone number and the last place that had taken down my number was Pizza 73. This is absolutely disgusting and I refuse to order from Pizza 73 ever again out of pure fear for my safety. This should not be happening to customers. The university is already low on food options due to COVID and now I’m only left with one. If this worker is from your Pizza 73 he should be fired or reprimanded at the very least for misusing my information that I harmlessly gave in order to get some food.
