Food is okay but oh my goodness it’s so dirty in here, I’m sitting in here while writing this and there’s a pickle stuck to the window? you have tons of people working here make it someone’s job to mop clean tables sweep and all that it’s not hard.
Always asking me to pull forward to cheat their times.4 cheese burgers... please pull forward. Then when I say no I am scowld at like I'm the bad guy. Gas isn't cheap and for you to ask me to keep spending money whilst I wait for you to walk the burger out the front doors is Ludacris.The windows are designed to ha d food out of. Not tell me to pull forward and wait so you can cheat.
Seriously needs staff that pays attention. Worng order of a basic breakfast where they cleared the ticket 5 minutes before it was even done. Good QC
Twice in two weeks (my only 2 visits), I did not recieve my full order. Both times I had to wait a considerably long time in the stall waiting for my order...and not during peak periods, either.Not impressed. Will not return.
Your person taking orders should not be saying ugh huh ugh huh. Very unprofessional!!!!
It's a McDonald's so it ok, I do find this one a little more above the rest in town. Always friendly staff.
Uber eats. They wrote ask for a refund for the drinks as the machine was leaking. Why not call and ask for a different drink?. Poor service.
Kids Happy Meal milk was sour, still had 3 days left on the expiry date, didn't think to smell it as it wasn't expired. My 5 year old took a big swig of it and threw it up. McDonalds, please make sure things like that are being stored properly.
It's all right as long as they don't mess up your order through the drive-thru until next time I visit this McDonald's ???
Ordered three McCafe drinks for the road as we left Lethbridge AB at Town Centre, and two were messed up - the sugar free iced vanilla coffee was missing the sweetener altogether. The peppermint mocha - no peppermint so ordered regular - it tastes like bad coffee with powdered milk. I’ve had these elsewhere and they are good so this location has quality control issues.
