Cold soggy fried. Cold day old nuggets. To top it off tried the new western quarter pounder. Hate to say it but I don’t think there will be any bbq sauce left for anyone else because it all ended up on my burger. WORST McDonald’s restaurant I’ve been to.
What makes this McDonald's different than others I've visited is Jacob, the greeter. Jacob is friendly, outgoing and helpful, making our McDonald's experience that much more enjoyable.
This is disgusting I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and as I was eating it there was plastic in the Sunday and it had ice cream cone pieces in it in which I am allergic to…. Highly not recommend
We had just asked for freshly cooked large fries in the drive-thru. This is what we got. We should’ve gotten medium sized or small for that matter because this is not a large sized fries. Sorry to say, but this Mcdonald’s location is very disappointing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
It's pretty sad when you ask for ketchup at the pickup window and when you park to eat there's none. It has happened more than once at this location. We will not be back.
Went through the driveway on Jan 29th. We were asked to pull around to the front. The employee went to every car waiting before mine because he didn't know who's vehicle. They should write down what type of vehicle they're looking for.The employee had our food but not our drinks and ice cream. I told him, so he returned a minute later with our drinks but still no ice cream. I told him that he forgot the ice cream. He looked confused but said okay and went inside. I went in 6-8 minutes later and he was busy cooking. Finally I was able to get someone to make our ice cream. Very frustrating.Not to mention the wood spoons are terrible.
Placed a mobile order, arrived at the restaurant and they couldn't find the order, even though I had been charged, and had the receipt/order number. Fine, technology happens. They punch it in again, charge me AGAIN, and say my card won't be double charged, reassures me several times. Guess what, it was double charged. Beyond frustrated. Will not return.
Would give 0 if I could. They gave cold coffee and missed an entire sandwich. When I called they said they'd give it to us next time we came in, as well as 2 pies. When we went back they gave us the coffee and didn't even give us the sandwich they missed and didn't give the pies. Awful service. I expect better.
Bad service. Rude manager. Really slow, inefficient, disorganized, the kitchen people doesn't have hairnets on, and just an overall bad branch of McDonalds
Horrible costumer Service!!! Rudest people in the whole area with stupid spectacle manager having no sense on how to handle the situation on behalf of staff! Should go to the learning school before handling the store!!
