The pizzas were great! I'd call them a deep dish style, soft, but with a slightly crunchy edge. Topping where chopped to a great size that there was lots on each slice.
Waiter took down wrong appetizer order and comped the appetizer because of it. Great to see empowered employees.Will recommend this place bec of how they resolved the issue.Food was good too.
The pizza wasnt the worst pizza ever, but the crust wasn't my favourite. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. Very respectful.
We went to Luigi's North on the recommendation of a hotel employee at the Wingate. My wife made a reservation but when we arrived, realized it was for a different Luigi's...no longer affiliated. No problem! The Maitre'de found us a table and within 2 minutes we were enjoying wine and beer. While waiting for our meals, the original owner came by to chat. He opened the doors 48 years ago and now it is run by his son....talk about friendly. Our meals arrived promptly. My wife said it was the best steak she ever had (top sirloin). I had the Jambalaya... fantastic. At least 4 staff, including the owner, checked on us throughout the dinner. In short, great food, great service, reasonable prices. What more could you ask for. AND....they were hosting a dinner for a soccer team they sponsor.... community minded as well!!
Fast efficient and delicious . This is how the pizza come seven with out requesting extra cheeese !!!! So amazing .
Had a great time, went for my sisters bday. Seated right as we walked in, cannot remember the servers name but she did not keep us waiting for anything, and it was suppertime. Also, got my steak exactly as I wanted it.Nice job on the renos btw, haven't been in a while.
There were 16 of us at the back where it seems the bigger parties are taken care of. Our waitress was very nice and courteous. She kept on top of drinks and empty plates. Very professional.I ordered "The Untouchable" burger with a side of fries. The fries were really crispy and very delicious. Some fries got stolen from my plate a couple times because of how good they were.The burger was also really good. It had a good crunch for the bacon, which was balanced with the soft sauteed mushrooms. By the end, about 3 bites left, the bun was a bit moist and was threatening to fall apart without strategic bites. Still a 9/10 and would definitely order again.My only issue was the seating space. I'm 6'1" and all of the chairs were literally touching each other. It's a little difficult to move, drink, and especially eat with that little room.
Great people and customer service all around, the experience at this restaurant is if not the best in town, if you're ever in the mood for a delightful afternoon with your taste buds give them a try you won't be disappointed.

You won't be disappointed by the selection, and you can count on this food tasting exactly the same every time! I know that my favourite restaurants are places that I can depend on the recipe, and ensure great prices and service.
We ordered from Luigi's for dinner tonight. There was apparently a mistake with our order and it was delivered the wrong address. As soon as they realized it, they started making the food fresh, and called us to apologize and let us know it would be here asap. They discounted our bill and even threw in a slice of cheesecake. The food, as always, was great. Thanks Luigi's staff for your honesty and integrity. Keep up the great work!
