TL;DR: drive all the way to the KFC location at 3rd and Mayor Magrath. You'll probably get your chicken and be home before you get your food at the West side location.The worst two drive through experiences I've ever had both occured in the last six months with this restaurant.I waited once for 25 minutes after getting into the drive through line to pick up something for lunch on a weekday. Only three other cars in front of me when I gave my order. 10 minutes at the window alone.The second time I thought "it can't be that bad again" when I pulled up at 11:45 on a Saturday with only 4 vehicles in front of me. 35 minute wait. I told the poor girl at the window (who probably fielded many complaints that day) hat this was unacceptable , and she said they're "extremely short staffed". But looking through the window i could see the Skip the Dishes drivers getting their orders and leaving.I still gave two stars instead of one because at the end of it all someone still hands you fried chicken.
Don't order from the West Lethbridge KFC for delivery through any app. Three times I have been either shorted an item or received the incorrect order. It is quite clear that the staff have difficulty comprehending how to correctly fill these types of orders.
Everyone has a bad day so after my last visit and not getting what I expected I gave this KFC another try. I have been eating KFC for 30 years and never really been disappointed before.....though after my last visit it was probably about time I got a bad order......well OMG this last order was disgusting and I think I will be going to Mary Brown's. It's been 2 weeks since my last visit and i waited this long to post just to see if I really was this disappointed but the more I think on it the more I felt ripped off. So let me explain, $80 order for a 25 piece feast....feast came with 5 sides. Gravy was first one and the only thing that was what i expected, the fries were ice cold, oily and soggy, then we had macaroni salad and coleslaw....they were fine but if you expect me to believe that 4 individual coleslaw and 6 macaroni individuals makes up for 3 large salads your not going to fool anyone....but wait let's get to the star of the order, the reason why everyone goes to KFC, the reason it has been around forever...the chicken. 25 pieces of chicken...well at least if was hot but in 25 pieces there was 2 breasts....2...thats it....then one wing.....a single wing. The rest was predominantly drumsticks. Seriously? 25 pieces of chicken and half of them were drumsticks. To top it off there was literally a layer grease in the bottom of the bucket that could be poured out. Yes I get it's not unexpected to have some oil or grease and you will get your hands dirty but this was like a grease dressing poured over the chicken. I wish I had ordered it thru skip instead of picking it up myself cause i would have complained about how bad and likely got a refund. This KFC is a franchise and you are now where near the required standards for what is expected from any KFC. In the end most of the fries ended up in the garbage. It took days to finish the chicken cause half of the members of the house would not eat it. Your staff should be ashamed of the bar that has been set.....without question this location if by far the worst KFC I have ever been in......remember 30 years of visits to KFC from Ontario many cities and locations to the west coast and many inbetween. Had I written this review on the day I ordered or the day after it would likely be worse than what I write here.

A 10 cent scoop of gravy which you charge $3.00 should end up in the bag when it gets to your house right? Cold fries and cold chicken, no gravy. All dark meat pieces of chicken. Very disappointed. Mary Browns from now on.

I have not ever received such a terrible order from this KFC. We ordered a 10 piece bucket meal and the whole order was disgusting, bucket had thighs and legs only, no coleslaw, 2 container's of fries and gravy. We weren't told ahead of time they were out of coleslaw apparently since we didn't receive any. Will not be returning to this KFC again. A waste of 50.00.
Worst service at kfc ever .. i waited for 30 mins for my food just one combo... i ordered it online at 5.52pm and was suppose to pick it up at 6.02 and i asked for my food 5 times.. everyone that entered that place after me got there food before me.. and i got my food around 6.25 pm and the staff was so rude each and every time i went to ask them.. one of the girl working there told me can't u see its so busy... i was like how can u talk to your customer like that... i was suppose to be rude not them... they need to keep some fast people and friendly staff... so disappointed ?
This place is brutal ,,if your food don't have mold on it you'll get your order almost cold
