I came in with my 2 young kids (5 and 3). One child wanted a cheeseburger and the other wanted popcorn chicken. As you know with kids, they often want different things. So on the way I stopped and got a happy meal for the one and then we came in and ordered 2 meals at KFC and sat to eat. The manager came out to tell me (in a very angry voice) how rude I was for bringing another restaurants food into their store. Beyond feeling upset because I just paid money in this restaurant, I was humiliated in the dining area full of people. As a mom alone with my 2 young kids, I started packing up our lunches to go eat in the car. As I was going so I was told We could finish our meals this time but not to do it again. Most upsetting out of all it it is how my 5 year old was scared because we got in trouble. Just beyond poor customer service.

I love the buttermilk biscuits to dip in gravy. It's sad that they don't have them everywhere
I went here on Saturday at 5pm. Ordered a 3 piece meal. It was the most disgusting kfc that I have ever had. The 3 pieces of chicken had dark brown skin dripping with grease. The drippings left a brown puddle on the bottom of the box. Drak brown grease is usually a sign of fryers that have not been cleaned or drained. It was horrible and a waste of my money. Did not eat all three pieces. I won't return to this location.
I kinda stopped liking the chicken, although the plant based chicken, has replaced it and tastes the same without the real meat problems. I highly recommend!
Went there order 10 PC bucket 3 aides corn fries gravy waited 20 minutes as we got hot wings got back home love in coaldale our fries weren't there gravy no fries??? Phoned they said they would replace them ??? Chicken was soggy as far as I'm concerned they can replace the whole meal they charge enough I expect better quality how ever I called talked to manager few days later they replaced meal and it was great good job guys
Just went through the drive though, and I wanted to recognize the friendliest service experience I've had in a while. A lovely woman with pink hair and an eyepatch was very sweet and professional, and I hope that she is recognized for her positivity and service. Thank you!
Very fresh food. The lady Rona at the till was very nice server and they had all our food fresh and very clean in the building.
Ordered food in drive thru was told it was going to be 15min for fresh chicken and to pull up front. After waiting for over 30min went inside asking for a refund. They did not give me a refund and the chicken sandwich i got was not edible. Will never eat there again!!
Went on Friday bought your biggest bucket off chicken with the 6 sides first the rude lady told asked Me why I used so many gift cards and make her life miserable what’s the difference how I pay as long as you got ur money (Shame on You) but what ticked me off was the meat it was stiff overcooked and definitely reheated we got sick from it during the night never ever coming back again
