Stop by to check out The Hudson Canada's Pub and well the atmosphere is very nice and great pub vibe. We had ordered the best wings and well not sure how they get the name but they were just ok wing nothing special. My wife had the steak and onions and mushrooms she liked it and I had the fish and chips and they were pretty good too. But the lack of customer service was the only thing holding this from being a 4 star.
We went here to join a birthday celebration. This place used to be the best but no more! It might as well have been just a regular party of 9 out on a Monday night. No balloons, no t-shirt to autograph, no gift card to come back. Birthday boy got nada. We got tough steak sammies. If it's out with the old...send the Hudsons menu with it.
Food was great. Service was poor. Had to go ask the bartender for cutlery and napkins after my food was delivered to my table. My server, less than attentive.

Our friendly server gave us great service. We had wings as well as four other appys and a hamburger and fries. The wings were quite small and dry then covered in sauce. I wasn't a fan of them. The cauliflower bites were very good as were the riblets.
The meal was really good. The fries could have been a little crispier. The dessert was amazing. One of the best cinnamon buns ever.
Went to Hudsons on a recommendation of a friend. Needless to say i can see why they recommended it.Great place to go. The lunchtime was pretty busy, and Tamara our server was great. Freiendly and efficient, and great value for the dollar. I'll be sure to come back in the future. Keep up the great work!

It had been a couple years since I've been here, so thought we'd give it a go. Long wait, waitress didn't know that menu or atleast didn't seem to know what was good. Just told me to read the description. Food wasn't that good and just warm enough to say it was from the kitchen
We usually tip anywhere between 15-25% but today was not that day. Our waitress was M I A and had to get another waitress to serve our water and mimosa. She didn’t return for another 10 minutes to take our food order. A completely different waitress brought our lunch to us. What did she do you ask well she did ask if we wanted more mimosa. We declined. Now the food. We ordered bacon peanut butter burgers. Burger was cold. The sandwich itself was slapped together when I had to stack it properly in order to eat it. Yes we did eat because we are those people. This is usually my favourite meal at Hudson. Calgary Hudson was very good. I would stay clear of Lethbridge 100%. Should have clued in when there was maybe 20 tables occupied at noon on a Saturday aka not very busy. We overheard all the waitresses gossiping and complaining about their lives waiting by for the bartender to fix their drink order. More worried about that then doing the job they were hired for. It’s going to be a very long while before I go back to that place if ever. Sad day when a meal out at a restaurant does not turn into a treat like it should be.
It's honestly really good. They know what they're about, and don't try to be anything. Good solid pub food, good brunch for those rough Sunday mornings, and a good selection of drinks. If I had to critique anything, it's that the coffee is sometimes... Just OK. But whatever, it's always drinkable. The eggs Benny were really good though!
